They have become so unorganized, terrible long lines, rude, disrespectful young people attending to you. You request refills days in advance you Might get lucky & they'll be ready in a week. Common sense is definitely not common in this pharmacy any more. Good luck getting through the phone system... Dead air no auto system anymore. No drive thru slowest way anyway
This is the worse place I ever have used the pharmacy. They don't care the patients. They are rude people. Our son needs a very serious medication and called there a couple of days beforehand to refill it and we we go to get the refill, they said they are out of stock. They asked to change the pharmacy rather than trying to help. They may be treating people differently based on our looks or other things. She even behaved like she did not understand our English. Please don't go this place.
Unlike one of the biggest chains/names in pharmacies in town the pharmacist at the Russellville Kroger location actually cares about helping to fulfill a prescription.
Ladies are polite and friendly and due to health I can pull up to the window. Everyone, keep the smile's going!!!
The one here in Russellville used to be great. They would always have my meds ready and with a smile on their face. I called my medicine in yesterday morning so it would be ready yesterday afternoon. When I came to pick up my meds they told me they would have them ready 1st thing this morning. Needless to say I went in this morning and they weren't ready. I was also met with a pharmacy employee named Megan and she was so rude and hateful! I have been using Kroger Pharmacy for years, but that definitely pushed me over the edge to have all my medications transferred. What they don't care about, is the fact that if I don't have my meds, I have seizures.....The last time they had me go a day without meds I had a seizure and broke the T5 bone in my back.
Clinic faxed prescription a hour before I went to pick it up. Got to krogers is wasn't ready. They didn't get it off fax till I got there. Then said it will be another 45 minutes. I live 40mins from Russellville. So had to wait 2 hours just to pick up meds.
Was previously a very well ran place that my family used for a long time. Now a lot of the older employee's are gone and it takes DAYS to fill prescriptions. The old staff took usually 30 minutes after calling it in....I wish they would go back to the way they use to preform..
Easy in easy out for a bobtail. Pharmacy staff was very friendly and helpful.
They told me 20 min. drive over 35min later not ready told me 20 min again check 20 not ready again told 20 min again with a attitude went home they call next day said it's ready
Very busy, helpful, professional staff. Sometimes I wish it was in the store and other times I find it very convenient to not be located in the store.
