AWESOME! They get my meds right EVERY. TIME. AND usually within a few hours of the refill request. Pleasant on the phone, if they need to call my doc, it is done within a very reasonable amount of time. I will never go back to a large chain pharmacy again.
Went to Rose yesterday for the first time bc Walgreens could not fill my prescription. What a great little pharmacy. Great personal service!! Transfered all my prescriptions!!!
I moved here over a year ago and switched my pharmaceutical care from a major chain to Rose Drug. The staff I have encountered have been nothing but POLITE, FRIENDLY YET PROFESSIONAL, & EXTREMELY HELPFUL! THEY ARE ON-TIME…MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO GET patients their prescribed medication. This pharmacies staff do provide services true to being our true Home-Town neighborhood pharmacy! The pharmacists themselves, really go the extra mile…make that miles!!! MEAGAN She is an answer to prayer for me!!! She answers all my questions patiently, thoroughly….& if she does not know the answer, she follows through to find out for me and calls me back! Each employee encountered here has been SO friendly from the smile I hear from their end as they answer my call….to the on-time professional and friendly delivery even out here where I am in London!! Oh: LOOKING FOR A UNIQUE & SPECIAL GIFT FOR SOMEONE OR JUST SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR YOURSELF???? DONT let the outside visual look of the size of this pharmacy fool you…. Upon opening the front door, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely not overpowering and pleasant aromas of various offerings from homemade soaps and candles, to wash bins, artwork etc! Let’s just say I’m to leave the wallet in the car with my man when we drive by the pharmacy! LOL GREAT PLACE FOR SPECIAL AND UNIQUE GIFTS TOO! I have received and continue to receive EXCEPTIONAL PATIENT CARE from by the Rose Drug Pharmacists, Assistants AND I have to say that their delivery service is so APPRECIATED!!!! Corey delivers punctually and is ALWAYS friendly!!!! Thank you Corey, Meagan, and all others serving our community so well! Thank you for providing such accurate and on time care that provides my medical needs AND such a peace knowing every month everything will be taken care of “without a hitch!” THANK YOU!
I have just called the pharmacy new to the area. Dropped off all of my info on the required form. Called in a prescription and they didn’t even have my name. Told him I was going to CVS and they said OK thank you bye. Obviously not too concerned about business.
This was my first time in there today. And I love absolutely everything in the store. I dont get medicine from there but I went there to look for gifts. Their baby stuff and everything is a bit expensive but they are so cute! I wish I had all the money in the world cause I want it all! Lol I had such a hard time choosing what I wanted to get cause everything was so cute. The people are very nice also. They let my son get 2 suckers for free.
The owners Mike and Margie Smith want nothing more than to help you feel better and get on track to being healthy! Mike will take the time to counsel you on any medication that you’re taking. The staff is cheerful and always willing to help! Need a gift? Margie will help you select something in your price range and will beautifully gift wrap it for you! We have wedding and baby registry’s! Expecting? Getting married? Come by and register! We will also deliver to your shower!
Often I am placed on hold and told the pharmacist will return my call. The electronic refills from my doctors are often overlooked and I have to keep calling. However, the staff is always polite to me.

They are very kind. Currently the lobby is not open so you have to pick up at the window. They seem to be doing as much as they can serve customers quickly.
Drive through was quick and easy. Staff came out to line to get info early.
