Always rude, doesn’t care about patients, and patients time isn’t important. No one cares what you need and when you need it. They work on their time.

Very friendly pharmacy staff who is able to explain everything about your medicine and able to answer all questions. I couldn't be happier.

Frequent turnovers, unfriendly and rude pharmacist. The pharmacist are also lazy and will ignore you when you need help. They will not help the tech when when they become overwhelmed at the drive thru with customers and simultaneously at the pharmacy counter. My family and I purchase many prescriptions from kroger pharmacy, and have been for many years. I think we may have seen and experienced enough..

The people there have a “I don’t care” attitude, even the pharmacist ignores you and really don’t want to answer any questions. I walked in and one of the tech saw me standing there and turned her head to have their own personal conversation. They ignore you and don’t care.

My mother was given the WRONG PRESCRIPTION. The mistake was corrected the following day. And then was called two days later by a rude associate,  who had not spoken with her team. She was unprofessional and unapologetic for her error!

I really don't appreciate the pharmacy tech's attitude when I asked her if she ran the RX thru my insurance b/c she stated that it wasn't covered bc it's over the counter. Needless to say she didn't run it thru. If a customer has insurance run it regardless of the price.

Every time I come they either don’t have my prescriptions, can’t fill it completely, or have to call insurance for one reason or another. It’s always a wait. Staff is friendly.

Best thing is good prices. Long waits. Rude staff. Some ok but many are cold as heck.

Staff is always friendly and fills prescriptions quickly. They usually have the best prices too!

Rude! Lies about my prescriptons and always has attitudes ready to change pharmacys
