Olive Branch Pharmacy

I have never been able to say that I feel well cared for to any pharmacy in any place in any State or all of Canada the way I have learned to rely on the beyond fantastic service I received at this pharmacy. They are dependable for pill counts in the past it was becoming a real issue for certain drugs, totally explaining the drug, how to take it, when to take it, what it was supposed to do, etc. Most of all I appreciate that I can ask questions and get straight forward, honest answers. Unfortunately I take a variety of different meds at times and if they don't stock it either they manage to get it within several hours or at the latest the following working day after 3:00 pm. They also include any important information in the bag with your medications that is in a large enough font to make it easy to read. The pharmacists both the ones we consider "regular's" as well as any replacement follow the overall great service. They take on the full responsibility of being a pharmacist and that is refreshing. Safeway isn't bad, Olive Branch is just excellent.

Several times did not the the correct dose or Rx called in. Either the Dr doesn't inform of changes or Pharmacy does not update. They may be totally out of something but you will not know that until you go to get it. They do not bother to call. Keep them on their toes.

Decent prices in smiling staff make this a pleasant business to be apart of on a monthly basis.
