I ordered a premium Ivory Elegance floral basket for a relative’s funeral. I went with the premium which was the largest and most expensive because I wanted to be sure it was very nice. Every flower that was displayed in the FTD photo was shorted in the basket at the funeral home. Five snapdragons instead of 6, 3 lilies instead of 5 or 6, 4 roses instead of 5, 3 clumps of daisies instead of 9, no hydrangeas instead of 3. There were 4 asters that were in the floral basket and not in the FTD basket I guess these were supposed to make up for all the flowers the florist shorted me. The FTD basket looked all full and lush and the basket at the funeral home looked old. The lilies were completely open and one was broken. There wasn’t one gap or open space in the FTD basket but the basket at the funeral home had gaps everywhere like flowers had been pulled out or maybe nothing was there in the first place. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’ve posted photos. I challenge anyone to tell me what I received from this florist was equal in value to what I purchased through the website.
My husband ordered two dozen assorted roses from Krupp's for our anniversary this year, and truthfully, I was shocked! I had no idea we had such a fabulous florist here in Belleville! And the Coblentz chocolates were AMAZING! When we're ready for our next indulgence of chocolate, we'll be ordering from there! Thank you for a great experience!
I ordered flowers for a birthday. They were not delivered due to the individual not being home. They didn’t call me to let me know it was not delivered, although my number was on the order. I had to follow up with them. When I called the next day to find out the status they were not friendly at all and provided no explanation of why I wasn’t notified. Understandably, if the party isn’t home that isn’t anyones fault, but don’t act as if I am an inconvenience for asking for a follow up for an item I paid for and wasn’t executed. That is something within Krupps control. This is after all, your business of delivering flowers. Will order from somewhere else next time!
My husband typically surprises me with grocery store bouquets and after receiving a pitiful looking arrangement for Valentine's Day, I begged him to please go to a local florist shop in the future and stop wasting his money on half-dead flowers. He then sent me flowers for our anniversary, this time ordering from Krupp's. They were amazing quality, lasted well over a week in the vase, with a gorgeous scent, and beautifully arranged. I will definitely be making sure he orders from Krupp's from now on.
I had a beautiful flower arrangement made for my granddaughters graduation. The girls at Krupps went above and beyond, making it so beautiful. I went to pick it up to travel to the graduation. They had packed so well for me to travel with. Thanks, girls, for making this so special for all of us.
Krupp Florist provided the flowers for our wedding day, and we couldn’t be happier with choosing them for this. Nancy and the whole staff were very organized and easy to get ahold of. Every time I randomly called to check in, they quickly answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease Nancy even called me the week of my wedding to describe what the flowers that came in looked like to make sure I didn’t want any last minute changes! Such sweet people and so glad we went with them!
I had an unpleasant experience with this florist with an online order. I received a medium-sized floral arrangement that had, among other flowers, three light pink roses. All the roses had outer leaves with edges that were browning and were starting to shrivel and two of the white daises had lost half their petals. When there are five bad flowers in a single arrangement, it's very noticeable. I knew this would have been an expensive arrangement, and the purchase was a very heartfelt gesture on the part of the senders. I called Krupp Florist to report the condition of the arrangement. Joyce there offered to replace or credit the purchase. I talked to one of the senders who wanted to give the florist a chance to make things right, so I called back and asked for a replacement. I received the replacement the next day. At first glance, I thought it might be okay, but then I noticed that, in addition to the arrangement being smaller that the first one, not having the all-around orientation, not being well designed or balanced and looking like it was a bunch of flowers just put in a rugged- looking glass vase, that unbelievably, again, there was a problem with the roses: two of the three had edges on the outer leaves that were browning and starting to shrivel! So to add to insult to injury, the replacement sent in response to my complaint was a half-hearted effort and repeated the original problem. Sending out arrangement that have some flowers that in in poor condition is not the right thing to do. Had Krupp Florist contacted me that they did not have the exact flowers in very good condition to make the arrangement as it was ordered, and rather then send flowers in less-than-perfect condition, would I accept a substitution, I would have accepted that. But they chose, not once, but twice to send me compromised flowers thinking, I guess, that I wouldn't notice. My family was trying to do something memorable for me on a special occasion The order was placed online from out of town, but was not locally fulfilled by this florist with quality product, high integrity and good faith. This experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
I want to thank Krupp Florist family for helping me make my wife happiness. I got there as they were closing, and they took the time to show me some gift ideas. I got my wife a bear and rose and it was after 5:00 pm. Thanks again
I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral and I asked for sunflowers. I live in NY so was not able to attend the funeral but my cousin sent me the pictures. I am very happy with the results and my cousins said they were beautiful. Thank you!
