The woman that helped my family was wonderful. We were suffering a great loss with our mother's passing and she gave us some comfort. She made our arrangements exactly what I wanted and it was ready the next day. She even made a small bouquet to place on top of the box for the memorial. I even bought a plant and a small heart stone with a lovely sentiment on it. Their prices were great and I'm so happy with the personal service I received .
I was very pleased with the flower bouquet made for my daughter wedding. The boutonnières and corsages were so nice. We appreciated the thought put into this as it was very last minute. The lady that took my order and later waited on me was extremely nice. I will definitely use for future purchases for sure.
Spot on fast & friendly service. They made sure I had flowers, and even made adjustments to my order once I arrived.
My highest regards to Frances for her beautiful work and the personal care she dedicated to me as a customer. She paid great individual attention to my specific requests and made it her goal to meet all my expectations. I had specific flowers and colors in mind and even though some of the flowers I wanted were not available, she made sure she replaced them with another beautiful flower of the same color. I trusted her expertise and she really did a beautiful arrangement for me. I received a lot of complements on the arrangement and that made me very happy because I was not able to attend the services, but it was extremely important for me to represent my family with a beautiful standing spray. The arrangement was also delivered on time, first thing in the morning as I had requested. Thank you so much Frances! I really hope many people read my post because I know you will do an excellent job with all requests and for all events. Best of luck and keep safe and healthy during this Covid-19 pandemic.
I’m very uncertain how this place has such amazing reviews. I needed a corsage for my mom and mother-in-law for my upcoming wedding and these are the corsages I was given from this shop. I have never in my life seen a corsage made this way. Is this an Illinois thing? Because no one in my hometown from Ohio ever wore anything this hideous.
Mrs. Frances is so sweet, attentive, and amazing. My mother passed in 2016 and she designed the sprays for the funeral. She did such an amazing job I wanted her to design my girlfriends wedding bouquet. Every time I place an order she executes beautifully. I will definitely be returning customer! Thank you so much :
I live in Texas but my family is in IL. I've used Lasting Impressions everytime I needed flowers sent over yonder and every time they deliver beautiful bouquets at a great price. When I get a picture from my family of what was actually delivered, im impressed with what they put together with my budget and with my vague description of "send something pretty". It really is better to order directly from a local florist than an online or nationwide business. Frances is so easy to work with and so kind on the phone with me when I call. Sometimes I think I should just have them on retainer. Haha. Keep up the great work yall.
I order flower bouquet delivery every year for my MIL for Mother's Day. The staff are always friendly and it's great to have delivery service on a such a busy weekend. Thank you!
I absolutely loved the friendliness and kindness from the staff. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted and they had such a beautiful assortment of flowers. I was able to pick up exactly what I wanted and even customize my flowers by adding more flowers. They had such beautiful arrangements and I will definitely be a repeat customer from here on out.
I absolutely loved my flowers for the wedding. She is really professional, and willing to work with any budget. The owner communicated with me weekly, and was willing to help set up the day of the wedding. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for quality and professional work.
