Kung Fu Tea

They make their slushes too watery back about last year and used to have more of a sludgy ice texture now it just feels like a melted snowcone that I'm drinking. I went initially on Tuesday earlier this week and ordered a piña colada slush but there was no slush today I pass by and figure it's a different employee. Also let me try a different flavor by Caribbean breeze and then to my surprise it was a slush with ….no slush.

I stopped here to get some boba while I was shopping with my family and let me start by saying, I drink a lot of boba from a lot of different spots, and this was by far the best strawberry milk boba I’ve ever had. The tapioca was sweet and the perfect level of chewy, and the drink was so creamy and delicious. It tasted like real strawberry, not artificial. I’m pretty sure there was even real strawberry particles in my drink. I will definitely be going to my nearest Kung Fu Tea next time I want strawberry boba.

This place doesn't seem to understand ice. I ordered a Lychee Punch cold drink, it came with no ice. Wanting to spare them from remaking it, I asked for a cup of ice to put in my drink or pour my drink into ...they gave me a cup of water. I asked again for ice not water, they finally gave me a small cup with like 3 ice cubes.Food: 1/5

They always have some of the overall best Milk Tea. My favourites have to be the Red Bean or Taro. It has been getting slightly more costly, but still satisfies each time!Food: 5/5

You're typical Kung fu tea, wish they'd wipe the rims of the drink so you didn't have to hold a sticky cup.Food: 5/5

Store hours are unreliable, and this KFT has bad customer service. I ordered drinks around 6:15 pm. Came to pick them up at 6:30 pm. They were closed. Store hours said they close at 7:00 pm. No notes or signs of early closing. They still charged me for the drinks. I called them the day after. They said whatever order they couldn’t fulfill, they would refund it. I waited a week and saw no refund transaction. I called them again, and they said they already refunded and that it might take a while for the credit to show up on my account. I waited two weeks and checked my account. Still no refund. I called my credit card institution to file a dispute. About a month later, KFT sent me an email with the receipt of the original transaction. I need the receipt of the refund transaction, not the order. I’m just frustrated. I’d suggest that if you want to order from this KFT, don’t order through the app. Make sure there’s actually people there to fulfill your orders. Otherwise, you’re going to have a long journey ahead of trying to get your money back.

I am a big fan of bubble tea and kung fu tea and this place did not disappoint! Large validity of bubbles and jellies you can add into your drink. They also have a large variety of flavors along with both hot and cold drinks.

I enjoy the tea here better than star bucks, I can adjust the way I want it in term of the fillings, sugar level, and how much ice I want, star buck will never ask you to custom your tea. love it, but it is very pricey. good tea cost good fortune, but it keeps my health better, so it is worthy.
