Location is decent, but certainly not the cleanest, in conjunction with the BFS. BFS men's restroom is disgusting but that is not Tim's. I have been here before without issue but earlier in morning. Ordered a medium coffee today with a little bit of cream at about 12:30 pm, opened up the lid & the coffee had what can only be described as larger white particles floating around, so maybe the cream was going bad? Checked & noticed outside. Threw it away for $2.56. seems like not so long ago, large cost even less. Modern quality is in the toilet. Please take me back 30 years.
The older lady was very rude and unprofessional, she shouldn’t be working the front. I’ve been to many Tim hortons and this one is the worse. The guy with the long hair needs to cover that, there was a long hair in my food. It took forever for somebody to even wait on me. I heard people in the back laughing but I wasn’t getting waited on.
I’ve been in there in the past, early in the morning, and asked for a chocolate covered donut with raspberry filling. The employees at that time were very nice, and accommodating. Went in this morning, and talked to a pleasant woman. I asked for the usual: chocolate covered donut with raspberry filling. She said, let me see if it’s ok to do that. They had NO customers at the time, and I was standing at the counter alone. A surly, annoyed looking man with a day’s growth of beard and hair hanging halfway down his back came out and said we can’t do it. He said, you’d have to order a half dozen or dozen, give us a few hours ?! to make them, and come back later to pick up the order. He then said it’s just too much and we have too many customers to deal with. I turned around, looking to see that there was not ONE PERSON any where near this counter. I turned around and walked out. The name tag said ‘manager’. I won’t be going back. it should be noted that I am a 70 year old who just came off of a 12 hour shift out in the oil fields. Granted, all I did was flag traffic- I work to supplement Social Security -and I’m grateful that I’m able to work, but it just strikes me as kind of ironic. I did this and here is this 30 something manager who’s getting all worked up because he’s gonna have to take five minutes to make a doughnut. Draw your own conclusions.
Worst experience ever. Lady taking my order yelled at me for saying my drink was a large when she gave me a medium. Then yelled at her employee for trying to give me a large cup which I paid for. She was very unprofessional and rude to me and her employees.
One of the only locations that seems to have everything in stock that I want. Very clean location and the staff are fast and friendly!Food: 5/5

Nice friendly staff. Good selection. Store is clean and organized. Only complaint is men's room bathroom smells like urine as soon as you want in.
I stopped in at this location last night,Nov.6 between6:30 and7:00. Wanted something sweet. Had my brother with me. Waited a good while for someone to wait on me. Rang their little bell 2 times. I asked someone at the Subway if anyone was working. Young lady finally came in front door pushing empty garbage can. Could hear her pushing it through kitchen area and up to front where we were waiting. Asked what I wanted and I told her what we had decided on. She never washed her hands, put on 1 glove and got out the 4 items,placing them in box. Took glove off and placed her hands inside of box to adjust it. I paid just under $5.00, walked out and threw my order in the trash. Will never return.
My husband did not receive part of his order and my bagel was cold. Service was maybe a little too quick? Also, server seemed new because you could hardly hear him through the drive-thru speaker, and, if he was new, he was not trained very well. I doubt we will go to this Tim Hortons again. Very disappointed!
I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Food was subpar at best. One order was still frozen when I got it. Did get told by several employees that dressings aren't rotated out like their supposed to be and for several days customers were given expired creamer.
