I have been going to L Massage for a few years now. The staff is always nice and kind. I usually go for the 1h foot massage. It is satisfying and relaxing and I think they do a good job. Some masseuses are better than others, but all and all it's a good experience.

Very poor service. Always in a hurry. The massage lady always went out. Not recommended. Im not coming back.

Depends who you get, but for the price I walk out content and relaxed. I've never had anyone offer me a "happy ending" like the other reviews say, but maybe because I have been told I look like a cop or military. Also, nobody has thrown a temper tantrum about what I tip. Usually $10 to $20 depending on the service. I go back, because it's worth the money. I've spent much more in La Jolla with a much worse masseuse.

Nice place. Good massage and fair prices

The last time, I was here was 2 years ago.There's a person by the name of Andy who gave a good massage now no good massage but the money is even more, l was very  disappointed . The only  way l will return is if Andy is there. FOR THE RECORD THIS  PERSON  NO LONGER  WORKS  THERE.

ZERO stars. Horrible customer service!! I called on 4/12/16 around 11am to see if they offer a 50% discount on your birthday. I was told by the woman who answered my call that they do. It was my birthday yesterday so I got excited and went right down there hoping to get a massage. I should have known better. When it came time to pay and I picked out the massage I wanted, the lady then pretended like she no longer understood English and began to try to charge me the full price. I pulled up the company website and pointed out to her that is stated on the website that they offer a 50% discount on birthdays!! It also stated to bring your ID. I had all of the proper documentation, she still proceeded to try to charge me the full amount and pretended like she no longer understood English. It nade me angry!! I would never recommend this place to anyone else. DO NOT go here!! What a horrible experience on my birthday!!!

Terrible! I waited for 20 minutes in the room. He massage for five minutes and said I'll be back and he came back 15 minutes later. Another time they were pushy for a tip I'll never go again!

Massage was really well.  At the end of the massage I tipped the lady $10 she said no to give her $20 she insisted that I give her that much.  Because everyone else tipped that much. Again good massage lack of professionalism.
