Let me begin by saying that when we walked into Caplan, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming and greeted us with smiles. We were there to close on our first home purchase, and worked with Ian. Ian is not only very knowledgeable, he was able to explain everything to do with the forms and agreements we signed to purchase our first home in a way that was succinct and easy to understand. Our realtor even commented how Ian broke everything down better than he has ever seen before. Above all though, it is easy to tell how kind of a person Ian is; that in combination with his knowledge and clear delivery of information make him an incredible asset to the Caplan team. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney. My husband and I plan to return to Caplan in the future for anything we may need, and will definitely be requesting Ian! While we didn't meet any other attorneys, if Ian is any indicator of the quality of Caplan, I believe anyone in need of attorney services would be in great hands here.

I had a wonderful experience working with Caplan Law Group. My recent visit to the practice was to have papers to sign for closing on a property. Ian Cummings was an amazing attorney. He explained all the details on each documents before I signed. Along with Ian, T'Quana Anglin was helpful as well. She explained the process of making the transactions to go smoothly.

She communicated professionally and thoroughly via email and phone. Ian and Sharon were great to work with! They made the closing on my new home easy and as stress-free as possible. They were kind and responsive and it was such a pleasure working with them.

We used the Caplan Law group for a real estate closing recently. The attorney, Ian Cummings and the entire staff were great to work with. Even in the face of a minor, delay they handled the situation very well. In addition, due to their attention to detail we’re able to solve everything needed at the time of the transaction. Caplan himself has always been available and extremely responsive any time I have needed his help. He has helped me grow my business and always given me excellent legal counsel. I would say though that one of the best things about this practice is the team of rock stars that L.T Caplan has surrounded himself with. I can not speak highly enough about Amy Bly who has always gone above and beyond to make sure that all my transactions go smoothly. She is excellent at what she does, and has been patient and kind with me even when I mess things up and don't know what I'm doing. Everyone there is professional and kind - from Jenny at the front desk to the closing table with Jason - I have always only been treated with respect and kindness.
