La Catrina Tacos and Tequila Bar

We so like this Mexican restaurant.. the pricing is reasonable, the quality of ingredients is high and the flavor of the food is great! Love they keep adding more decor as well. Great option in the CR210 area.. lunch or dinner. Drinks are strong too! Outdoor seating or indoor.. it’s always festive and loud. Kids are no problem and service is typically very good too. Edit: You must try the fish and shrimp tortilla soup! So good amd full of flavor and well fish and shrimp! The add ins are tasty too!

Excellent ambience, great staff service, and very good food presentation. Unfortunately I was not able to give a five star review for the following reasons: The steak tacos although they were very good and the meat was very soft… they were over salty. Every once in a while The kitchen staff can make a mistake. I also had a tongue taco, and unfortunately I did not like it, it might’ve been the preparation recipe or condiments… The red salsa for the tacos was amazing!!! if you’re into hot sauce. Overall… I am still gonna give this place another chance and come back.

We are so happy we found our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! Awesome festive, colorful atmosphere with modern Mexican art decoration. So many delicious food options at reasonable prices around $5-15. Tacos are absolutely amazing at less than $5 each. We had pastor, mahi mahi and chinola ribeye with chimichurri tacos....all so good! They have everyday specials like Taco Tuesday, Burrito Friday. We went on a Friday. California Burrito was only $9.99. It was also delicious with grilled steak. They had margarita specials at $5.99. Highly recommend La Catrina!

This place never disappoints! Food is fresh and flavorful. Chips and salsa are amazing. The margaritas are the best in town! The frozen ones are made in a daiquiri machine not a blender so consistency is perfect and they do not skimp on the tequila! One of my favorite places to go! Love this place!

The place is super clean, the people who serve in the restaurant are very friendly, and the food and drinks are very tasty, and best of all, the price of everything is worth it. Thanks SO much.

My wife and I were looking for a great Mexican place to have dinner for a while- this place is fantastic! We each had a Molcajete.... Which was plenty big for 2 people to split- see the picture for amazement . The flavors were fantastic, the steak/chicken/shrimp/chorizo was cooked just right and the veggies melded together with the spices perfectly. We also had 2 of their margaritas- jalapeno lime and blueberry jalapeno. Both of these were great. All in all we will be going back and I recommend you try this little green as well!
