A true connection with your care provider is really rare, and Shauna's office provides completely personalized care of the whole person including babies and a validating care experience. I have infinite gratitude for the attention and presence she has offered at my visits, during my labor, and she also saved my baby's life when he was born not breathing, with no fanfare at all.

I had such a great birth experience and postnatal care at La Clinica Birth Center. It has taken me a while to write this, my son is 2 now, but I'm so thankful for the midwives and center. I lived about 2 hours away from the clinic at the time, but it was well worth the travel time.

Shawna, Cassie and the whole staff are The Best!! Been seeing her for 12+ years. She always answer any questions and concerns you have. She never rushes with her clients! She's a gem!! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Best doc/ nurse practitioner in Silver City!!

The amount of good things I have to say about La Clinica is a never ending list. I'm so thankful to have found them. They will be my #1 recomendation to anyone looking for prenatal care, well women and children Health care.

Midwifes are impeccably trained and will support you in your decisions. I felt well prepared for my birth, especially of what steps were to be taken if something were to go amiss.  Facility is welcoming and you won't feel like just another patient.
