La County Fire Station 20

Great patient & sympathetic team!!! Made the cutting of rings, from my 93 year old mother, a pleasant and nonstressful experience.

I have much respect for firefighters and paramedics. Generally my interactions with LACFD personnel have been good regardless of station. Both the paramedics and the firefighters of station 20 Norwalk are professional in their interactions with me and my family. They are friendly. They helped my dad when he had a diabetic attack. They also rescued a trapped kitten from out of a wall in my house. They go the extra mile and I appreciate that a lot. Keep up the good work.

I called them Fri. morning because my wife was having an emergency, got here very quick and they were very professional and made me feel a lot better. I just wanted to let them no I really appreciated them for helping my wife. Thank you very much!!!
