Very customer service oriented. If they have what you're looking for they'll get right away. If they don't have it you'll know.
The most laziest bunch I've ever seen in my career. 4 employees in the building I come in as the customer to spend my money when I get to the counter they don't have change for a hundred and want me as the customer to go to the bank across the street even pointed out the back door to the bank and get change at noon they intended on hoping for someone else to do there job. Would not recommend
If there was negative Stars they would earn it. The hell with these people. I show up 3 minutes before closing time and want 30 + bags of sand and they refuse to serve me. Trying to lie and say the gate was closed when I clearly seen it was open. Lost my business forever. I like to keep my business local not at this place.
Over the years i have always been faithful to La Cross. They used to always treat me right. I have been building a deck for my dad and charged the material to my account. When i went in the store today to settle up, i asked for a 10% contractors discount like i always have in the past, and the guy behind the counter laughed at me. He said it's up to tj. He tried to explain the new procedure to me, and basically means you have to establish the price before they enter it into the computer. I feel like that is something they need to tell you prior to purchasing material. I understand things change but can't help to feel like i got screwed. I could look past this and consider it a learning experience, but they new people in the store are arrogant and treated myself and my dad very rudely! Unfortunately i will never step foot into this store again. I wish the old timers that used to run the store, still worked their. This new bunch is a joke. Meeks will get my business from now on.

Counter man was SO HELPFUL
I had gotten lattice cut in half previously. I ordered several more to be cut in half but was told by manager that they couldn't do that Just lost $200 in sales and loyal customer
It's not what it used to be in there, bought some stuff went out back to get it loaded got tired of waiting and loaded it myself. Good thing I knew where everything was I might still be waiting.
They have a decent amount of Milwaukee tools priced fairly good.
The staff was extremely helpful during my visit
