La Dolce Vita is a creation of(me) Victoria Caruso of La Bella Italia and my husband Joseph who retired from Special forces after serving for 20 years. Together we wanted to bring uniqueness to the area. I will offer cooking classes monthly, have freshly baked goods daily including french baguettes, New York Style bagels, focaccia bread, Almond croissants, nutella croissants, a variety of cakes and pies using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. We will also have an assortment of unique sandwiches, chopped salads and prepared foods. Our wine bar will have tastings every weekend to be accompanied by charcuterie boards created from an assortment of Imported meats and cheeses.
Our coffee, gelato and creperie will be a great compliment to the area. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we will!1
