I've been at different gyms my whole life and this one by far has been the worst. Starting by #1 The crew at the front desk. Or no ones is there, but if there some one is on their cellphone, you are invisible. Or there is 5 people but all talking between them or eating their lunch right there and too busy to greet you. #2 The floors at this gym I believe they haven't been clean in months. Same stain and trash for weeks. #3 The bathrooms looks like a war zone, dirty, or no paper to dry your hands or the trash haven't been change in few days, walls are with dents and without been painted. #4 The equipment is so dirty and sweat, broken, out of service or about to falling apart. You can tell haven't been cleaned in months and half of the equipment doesn't work. #5 Water fountains are disgusting, looks like a public one. #6 Equipment is all over the places, no staff to pick up or to re rack free weights. Some equipment can't even use then since some parts are missing. #7 The positive one is, there's always parking. All this have been on different occasions, times and days for months. No one cares about this place. I recommend to fix it or close it.

While this place has some redeeming qualities: basketball court, pool, turf area, and classes, it’s incredibly disappointing that management doesn’t maintain it.  This is a regular occurrence in the women’s bathroom… yup that is sewage!  The staff are very kind, though there is minimal effort toward maintaining the weight floor others have noted the lack of free weights being returned-which is also a daily issue. I would understand if it was only major price tag issues, but so much of the maintenance is small/dumb stuff that would require things like a screw in the drain or a battery in the clock, or having the 3-5 staff that are sitting at the desk go pick up and put the weights back where they belong. LA, please do better.

Great customer service! Pool available besides the gym and swimming lesson for kids and grown! Also they have childcare, great idea in my opinion

Clean, spacious and tons of equipment for anything you need. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

It's 11:00 am and this is the weight situation. Been here over an hour, no one has addressed it. This is why not this gym..... our LA Fitness in South Florida on its worst day is not half as trashy as this place.

Management needs to be replaced. Front desk associates are always on they phone. Sauna is by far the worst I’ve ever been in , people go from working out to the sauna all sweaty and stinky and just take a look at the picture of how they take care of the bathrooms. Planet fitness does better and they’re a 10 dollar gym

Change can be difficult. When creating new habits discipline and consistency can be challenging. The stuff at LA in Saugus never make me feel embarrassed to ask how to properly use equipment. I leave every work out feeling confident that I am taking care of my body and nourishing my soul/health. Joining LA fitness has made it easier for me to be disciplined and be more consistent by having an amazing community. Thanks for having me, see you tomorrow :  Special shout out to Caroline for setting me up with a guest pass as a trial. I showed up unannounced yesterday and the GM Danny dropped everything to give a tour of the gym. He was super knowledgeable and helpful, really made the process of signing up as easy as possible. The gym itself is very clean, tons of equipment, and I’m excited to try out the classes they offer!

Great atmosphere! Very clean! great customer service! Caroline did a great job answering my questions. Great location! Easy parking! I recommend this place for all my friends. I’ve been a client for many years.
