The Grullensa Restaurant, formerly known as “El Grullense”, is one of the few places that continue to bring you the most authentic Mexican food, with mouth-watering flavors, great service and the respectful treatment that you deserve.
We offer you one of the largest varieties of great-tasting, quality food. Anything from the Classic Tacos, Burritos and Tortas, to succulent seafood and exquisite, traditional Mexican dishes such as Fajitas, Enchiladas, Chiles Rellenos and much more.
Feel like having a great breakfast at 7pm? No problem... We serve breakfast during any time our doors are open.
Feel hungry past 11pm? No problem there either, we close at 3am on Fridays and Saturdays and at 1am any other day.

Oh, and, don't forget to order dessert! We have San Jose's most delicious and famous home-made style Flan! Three flavors, actually... Classic, Choco-Flan and Coconut Flan.
