La Hacienda Mexican Food

One of my favorite dishes at any Mexican restaurant is usually the Molcajete, but I was very disappointed in the one offered at this location. The food at this location lacks flavor. The food in the molcajete and the rice was not the most flavorful. The server never came to check if we needed anything. We had to keep asking for service. A lot of people in the area like this restaurant, but unfortunately I was not a fan. I will not be returning.

I am super impressed with this place! Service Good/Ok Not great, drink was empty for a long while, and had to try hard to flag somebody down to ask for more salsa But the Salsa was On Point! My food was Great! I got the fajita burrito The Beans were Awesome the Rice was fine My father loves it but I was Meh but my wife got a quesadilla and it was sub par thats why not a perfect 4 star for Food Because of the Rice and Quesadilla 3 for Service 5 for authenticity

My husband and I went out and ate here as we had never been. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was great. The food was all wonderful. The reason for 4 stars is not everything on the menu was available. We will try again.Food: 4/5

I don't know how this place has so many stars. This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. Service was slow and awful despite only 2 other tables being occupied and 2 servers working each table. Asked several times for things that were never brought, felt ignored and unappreciated for spending $40 there. The water was undrinkable; it tasted like mold and made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant. I got a simple chicken enchilada, which was dry and unflavorful and shredded beef chimichanga, which was soggy did not tasted like something out of a can, and after a bite of each, I felt sick and couldn't eat anymore. The best part was chips and salsa but they only give one complimentary basket and the salsa was spicy for not having good water to wash it down. My husband was also not happy with his food but was too hungry to not eat. He left still hungry, even after finishing my dinner as well so we immediately went to El Caporal down the road and had delicious food and a great time, with great service. Save time, money and stress and just go there instead.

Food was flavorless, price to portion ratio was not good at all. Not enough beans, rice and meat on the plate. Got mostly vegetables. I wouldnt recommend this place… mushrooms have weird flavor…

First and last time there for my husband and I. I ordered the #50 fried fish, expecting it to be breaded fried fish fillets. Instead it was and entire fish, face and all. I tried to eat some since I didnt want to waste $17, but was so grossed out. My husband got the ground beef enchiladas. They were okay. Glad that they were on special for lunch because its a small portion for the $12 regular price.

Have only been here about 3-4 times but was never impressed as far as the food goes. Just thought of it as mediocre. Unfortunately this last time I went wasn’t any better. the food gave me, my 2 sisters, & my mom the runs. It did not sit well at all. The enchiladas I had were overly salty as well. I needed to eat all of the sour cream to help dilute the salty taste. But the worst part was the customer service, they took forever to come around & didn’t even acknowledge us when it came to checking out.. there was 3 ladies just standing there behind the register counter & it was as if they debated as to who was going to check us out, but none of them acknowledged or even made eye contact with us as they did. I felt like a nuisance just for trying to pay. It was so odd & awkward… & for the life of me, couldn’t think of what could’ve caused them to react that way towards us. Did we personally offend them somehow? Idk it was just so weird. Overall, Not a good experience. Unprofessional customer service & mediocre food

The food is amazing friendly staff, and seriously the best Mexican food I've eaten.
