Does not answer phone, email or returns calls about booking a reservation. Guess my money isn't green enough. Been emailing multiple times for weeks and no response.
I’m wondering if this is the cooperate office from Brooksville Florida. Dirty RV park. 6 weeks have passed. And Linda who works front office. Said my security deposit of $250 got lost in the mail I said may I please have corporate’s phone number oh I’m sorry I don’t have that. Can I have the website I’ll have to get it from Sarah three weeks later I caller yeah I talk to corporate and they said that I smelled out last week I said also you have a phone number. No I don’t have a phone number. You said you just talk to him. She’s got my money and I talk to for other campers at the campground they’ve never received the security deposit call Anna local channel 9 news. Linda. In Florida. Where’s our money. River oaks campground in Brooksville Florida. On. Cortez Blvd. Beware campers. No refunds.
I went there to see a fella said he could sell me a boot to match this'n. He was out there yellin' at his mama. "Hey, Ma! Get off'n th' dang roof!" Real nice... him and his mama... made me some biscuits and gravy!
I lived here for 8 years and the place is still lovely. Just the kids in the night ls they always makes noises and bad stuff, but the manager is nice. You should check out the place and think about it if you should stay or not.
This last 4years its gone down so bad on maintenance and cleanness The bathrooms are horrible just look at the pictures… Even the mirror is gone This is the lady’s bathroom
If you’re looking for somewhere to park your RV in San Diego look elsewhere! We’ve been parked here for years the property has been going downhill since the current manager took over rude and favoritism amongs neighbors not to mention whenever you need to talk to someone at the office it’s ALWAYS closed. We have even called out sick and came during our lunches to solve matters and guess what? Closed! But the ladies state that “they are busy,” yeah I believe it maybe watching novelas or with their own personal drama yet they can’t even provide mail to correspondence. Also they will have your car towed even if you’re just moving it for a quick minute and even split the cash unhook profits with southcal towing I have pictures and video of them, one of the ladies even tried to pay me to delete the footage on my motorcycle go pro. Seriously if you’re looking for a peaceful place to park in San Diego, look in El Cajon there are tons of RV properties there that are not only cleaner fairer friendlier but A LOT cheaper and the same or more amenities. There are tons of places in San Diego county make sure you don’t pick this one. I hope someone at Thompsen Properties sees this and does an evaluation in the current management for their own sake many other neighbors share the same opinions but don’t say anything because they are afraid of retaliation from the office and managers but I am not since I come from a family who is not ignorant on the law and enjoy a good legal ruck. La Pacifica needs to bring back Eric into the office at least he got along with everyone and the mail was always on time , Eric would always give service with a smile he was warm and kind, he was the best he was Drama free has a wonderful personality he would make sure everyone was acknowledged he had respect for everyone no matter who they were, he was polite a very hard worker he would mind his own and cared for every ones needs,safety and comfort he also kept a nice clean park,people felt good about themselves and were very happy and for the most part they would comply to whatever Eric would request of them , you can ask anyone there at the park 99% of the people will tell you that he was the best thing that ever happened to La Pacifica.
exactly what the others said: expensive, bathrooms close at 9where are we supposed to go at night? wifi suckshave to sit on a lawn chair by the pool to write this, is loud next to the highway. only met one staff member, Eric, and he seemed great. Pool is nice, couples making out in the hot tub, not so much.
The new manager sucks and is very unprofessional, the wifi is horrible, the pool and laundry facility close at 9 and bathrooms close at 1000 lot of drama and horrible people there they mostly can not speak a lick of english and do not get a spot near the pool unless you want unsupervised kids screaming on there top of there lungs near you also if you go near the highway u hear nonstop traffic. Finally there is so much drama there and they are very pickie may seem nice to you but live there for a little bit and you will understand the price is def not right for the location and the spot on the good side trolley and bus station is in a 10 min walking distance from the park i thing thats the best part
Clean and well maintained park, however only 3 or 4 visitor parking spaces available and no street parking near.
