La Patisserie is an externship opportunity for graduates of OCCI. students gain experience through professional training and production of bakery items.
Student's must serve an externship in order to finish earning their degree. La Patisserie gives students a chance to do just that, but in a special way. Students run La Patisserie under the supervision of the Pastry Chef instructors. This allows the students to continue learning what it will take to make it in their field once they have completely finished at OCCI. La Patisserie will have standard weekly items, as well as specials for your enjoyment!
