It was a pleasant experience in buying a recliner from Lazy boy on Cortez Rd in Bradenton Fl. Jay Snow was the salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about the recliners and also available fabrics. My daughter and I had gone on line to to checkout the recliners and we both thought the Charlotte looked good for me. Jay went out of his way to bring fabric samples of what I thought would look good in my room. I chose the fabric and wrapped up the sale. It was easy and Jay was a pleasure to work with.
Jay Snow was awesome and knows his stuff! We came in looking for very specific features in our dream chairs and Jay knew exactly what would and would not work. He was able to show us the exact options and we bought 2. It was a great experience
Needed a new recliner and had a great experience. They did a great job of fitting me for the right sized recliner, explained the options of ones currently on order with delivery time vs a custom order and delivery time. I decided to take one of the ones on order and obtain the Black Friday sale. While it won’t likely be in until after the first of the year, I look forward my new recliner that will be identical to the one in the picture.
The store is spacious and very well staged. Jerry Stokes was knowledgeable and patient. I sat in numerous chairs until I found two that suited me. Jerry then researched colors available what was in stock and length of time for delivery. He then jotted information down on his card. I thanked him and I left. I came back a week later I had taken pictures of the two chairs and knew which one I wanted. I then saw a new chair however, delivery was at a minimum 45 days out and that did not work for me. So I made my choice. Jerry took care of the paperwork and I was out of there within a half hour. I am expecting delivery in about a week all in all great experience, now all is left, Is that lazy boy live up to its endurance and fabric protection warranty. Highly recommend. Ivone Keenan
They had all the options and materials in stock even offered to sell the display. I had a serious back issue and needed a new recliner that fit me and my needs. The stores in Tampa all had up to a 2 month wait to order. Thank you to Evelyn for all her help all done in less than 2 hours. The recliner has been great although a little expensive 2200.00 for a big and tall man chair, but it gets the job done and stopped the pain in my hip while sitting. Great experience overall.
My experience with Lazy Boy has been great! There was a glitch with the Recliner coming in with the wrong material but Jay worked it out and I am extremely satisfied! Thank you Jay for going above and beyond.
Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable of their products and options. Very patient with me! I wanted to try EVERY material type and couch style to get the perfect couch for my first home. The wait will definitely be worth the Cadillac of couches. More than pleased with everyone who helped me at the store. Good attitude, good people, amazing products, amazing experience. Will be coming back for all my furniture needs!
The Lazy Boy store on Cortez Avenue is fantastic. It’s clean, organized and easy to shop. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Georgia is a dream to work with. She is honest and goes above and beyond for her customers. I can’t say enough good things about this store, the employees and the owner who is highly respected.

It was a great experience! The only thing I don't like is that I have to wait so long to get my special order. But I understand. Best salesperson ever.
