Good in store experience, very helpful. Three weeks after purchase, I called. No return call, just a text message.  Would have been nice to be notified it was late and a phone call is much nicer. Love my new sofa, a few imperfections but great overall.

Tremendous Labor Day sale and plenty of inventory from which to choose. Customer service was as expected at La-Z-Boy - superior. Alicia was supportive but not smothering. She’s very knowledgeable about the products and offers suggestions without being pushy. She has perfect balance for a sales representative. I had no intention of buying today. She turned that around and I’m now the owner of a brand new recliner! And no regrets. Thank you, Alicia!

The service at the store was very easy and not pushy at all. Delivery was less than a week for what was in stock. The delivery guys were very Courteous and I even ask them if they could unload a rug on the car for me and they were very happy to do it. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because when my merchandise was loaded, they forgot to send my batteries for the recliners. Other than that I would say overall it was a very great experience

Shopping for my recliner was a very relaxed and pleasant experience thanks to the patient and amiable salesperson, Alicia Akins. The recliner is very comfortable and blends perfectly with my decor. The customized setting feature is great!

We shopped during the Labor Day sale.  Daniel greeted us and led us to the kind of recliners we were interested in.  He quickly looked and verified there were 2 in stock in the color we wanted.  He also helped us look around the store for items we wanted in the future. We had our new furniture delivered in one week.  We would definitely shop this location again.

I ran the salesperson Donna Barkley all over the store. Bless her. She never lost her smile and was so helpful. She helped me make the decision on my fabric. She was knowledgeable and kind and patient. Thank you, Ms Barkley.

We only shop @ Lazy Boy for recliners, chairs and couches. They last forever! Which means not as much shopping for my husband. We love Lazy Boy! The young lady who helped us buy a new recliner was very pleasant and helpful. I had my old recliner for over 20 years. I love the new one. So much back support.

We had a great experience shopping for living room furniture here. The custom fabric options made it easy to find what we needed.  Andy the sales person was very pleasant,  and the designer helped pull everything getting together.  Not a bad lead time on delivery either!

I had been in the store previously and sat in virtually every recliner they make. But, I had to come home and think over my purchase. When I finally decided which one I wanted, Rick was so helpful in finding just the right fabric for me, and I placed the order on the phone that day. He was super and I can’t wait to receive my chair.

Great experience. Went in the store with photos in hand did a little research beforehand on what I was looking for. Salesperson Donna told me that they didn't have the loveseat I wanted in stock I was a little bummed, but she knew they had a few that I needed to see. She didn't disappoint. I was so happy! Thank you, Donna, helping me find the perfect loveseat! I will be back in the future to pick out the next perfect piece of furniture for my home.
