Spencer at the University stole approximately 7k from my mother today. He showed a 60+ year old woman furniture from a PC that would not fit her home. He placed a custom order that he is not able to return and has forced the customer to lose money and time. He has been DISGUSTINGLY rude to her and made her waste money on more furniture that STILL may not fit in her home. The order arrived today but was ordered in May. The furniture was entirely too big and there were so many ways to have avoided this. He had no measurements and still placed this order. Terrible business! Update: My mother is STILL without bedroom furniture. It has been 5 months since her purchase and one month since the wrong items were sent, money not refunded but given another month to wait. Please be sure to consider this when doing business with them.
I bought a big man recliner from Cost Plus in the spring of 2020. Recently somehow the chair was broken. I took the chair to the store today to see if they could fix it not only did they fix it within three hours but they didn’t charge me for fixing it. Great great customer service I would recommend them to anybody.

It's the place to go if you love leather furniture. Don't let the front fool ya. It's a huge warehouse full of beautiful expensive mostly leather furniture.
I feel very frustrated with Cost Plus, because on the 21st of this month I made a purchase of a bed in this furniture store. they delivered the bed to me on Saturday but the delivery men told me that some pieces were wrong, that you from Cost Plus, wold be responsible. I have called you Cost Plus, we are almost there for a week and until today they haven’t resolved the problem. make a real solution.
This rating is for the Little Rock store only. I had the greatest experience while searching for furniture. Dustin is an absolute great salesman!!! He wasn't pushy, but he was knowledgeable, honest, professional and just a delight to work with
I am extremely frustrated by this business's poor customer follow up. I have contacted this business on multiple occasions about furniture we ordered in September. At the time we were supposed to receive it on October 18 and James the salesman promised he would contact me if there looked like there were any delays. Considering the current state of furniture these days I was somewhat surprised I would receive it that quickly as other stores told me it would be months but I remained hopeful. Well that day came and went and no call from James. I waited about a week and then called them myself and was told they would contact the warehouse and call me back. Never received a call. So another week goes by and I call again getting the same man. Who said the same thing but this time that he would ask Katie? the owners daughter when she returned from vacation. Of course never received a call back. I called again last week and this time I spoke to who I perceived to be said "owners daughter" and she said she would also call the warehouse and would get back to me that same day. What do you think happened? You guessed it, never received a call back. I am beyond frustrated because I am simply requesting information. I understand there may be delays on the furniture as that was what I initially expected. But I would like to know what is going on with it as I have already had to start paying for furniture I do not have. Don't buy from them, they will over promise and under deliver once they have your money. As of now...I'm still waiting. The 2 stars are only because the furniture I saw in the store was nice for a reasonable price. If you can buy that day and take it home that day the maybe it would be better.

They have a large collection of furniture at great prices. All of the furniture is supposedly also available in a relatively short amount of time. However, all 3 instances when I was told my couch would be available for pick-up were wrong. I am now cutting it close to when I need the couch to move. I don't have any word on where the couch is or when it might be available to pick-up. Quickly losing confidence in this business. Also, when I'm told you will call me back, I expect that to carry through. I was never called back all of the times I was told I would be receiving a call from them. If you want reliable customer service you should definitely pick a different business.
After dealing with Rent-a Center and their poor service, we decided to go to Cost Plus. Cost Plus did a great job with the bed we bought. BillyAMS brought our bed on time and set it up just the way we liked. I highly recommend Cost Plus for all your furniture needs.
