The staff are friendly and not pushy. The show room is laid out well and the furniture is comfortable and well built. We have purchased many pieces of furniture from La-Z-Boy and will vontinue to do so.
Thus company is heartless and uncaring. My very frail 95 year old mother needed help with her recliner, as the controller wasn't working. Was told she would have to wait a couple of days to have it serviced. She had nowhere else to sit. In my opinion, any reputable company would have made exceptions and sent someone over to see what the problem was. She only lives a few miles from their store. Never will shop their again.
Great shopping experience. Angela was super. Good selection and surprisingly short wait time for product delivery. Ended up with better quality for the same price... and delivery in four days instead of 16 weeks.
Went to check out rocker/recliners. Sales clerk met us as soon as we walked in. Showed us what we were interested in. Let us look at a few different styles and colors. No high pressure. We took our time deciding. They are having a sale. Would go again if needed another chair.
DO NOT BUY FAUX Fake LEATHER! IT WILL NOT HOLD UP IF you have a recliner and sit in the chair as much as my husband does! If you are less than 180 lbs, and not 6 feet tall, and don't sit in the chair every day we're home, it may last longer. Anyway we bought a beautiful faux leather love seat with double recliner here, and it has lasted maybe 4-5 years, but not without having the footrest replaced at least once, and maybe the back also, or the footrest a second time. I can't recall, but both times it was covered by the lifetime warranty we bought, and the service was wonderful. However, now there's a big tear, about 9" x 10 " right where his head rests, which is not repairable, unless we pay $300+ to repair the whole back covering. This sounds crazy to us. It was not a cheap purchase, and we paid for it in payments. I'm trying to figure out a cheap way to patch it in the meantime. We've had too many medical expenses to do this right away.

Great place to shop for furniture. Sales staff is well informed and a delight to work with. Furniture is well made. I have purchased from them before and was extremely happy.
Salesperson. LEIGHTON. was Excellent. He was so patient with me and my wife in choosing the recliners that we wanted. He was tremendously helpful by helping us get the right financing.
We always seem to replace our furniture, from lazyboy. Well we had a problem with one recliner. We were pleased the company repaired the problem promptly.
This should say ZERO stars. My wife and I bought our recliners/extended warranty in April 2018 from another Lazy Boy. I called to let the corporate store, we bought the chairs from, know that that the left arm of the chair was becoming loose. They informed me it takes 4 to 5 weeks to get the part ordered and I should just talk to the nearest Lazy Boy to my new home. I went in and was told that indeed it takes 4 to 5 weeks for the part and since do not own a truck they charge for pick up. I had a while to figure out how to get them the chair myself and avoid the $75.00 charge transport. Last Thursday 2 gentleman very pleasant show up to pick up the chair, to my surprise. I did not get a phone call. I later found out they had written the number down wrong. I was about to tell the men that I would deliver the chair myself, when I noticed that there was no charge on the paperwork they handed me. I allowed them to take the chair figuring the fee was waived due to my warranty. Low and behold when the young lady called to arrange for the chair to come back she mentioned the fee. I was again surprised. I told her that the paperwork did not indicate a charge in the total column and would not have released the chair to them if that was the case. Of course, she told me to look in the "NOTES". Where it was stated that I was "QUOTED" $75.00 for transport, however in the total column it was not actually charged, everything showed ZERO. She told me they HAVE to do it that way, which makes no sense at all. In my opinion this is a deceptive practice and is intentionally misleading. We purchased our chairs from Lazy Boy believing we were getting a quality product from a quality firm that would last. Instead we got a low quality product that broke within 4 months of purchase. We also paid for they additional warranty that was represented as a comprehensive warranty, which it turns out is not. I asked for a deduction in the fee citing the situation the young lady on the phone told me that the manager Ben would not budge on the fee. Suffice it to say that my experience with Lazy Boy Cerritos and Lazy Boy Pheonix Oregon has left a bad taste in this consumers mouth. I should have stuck with Ashley Furniture. We bought chairs from them that lasted us more than 10 years with no issues. Lazy Boy you've shown your true colors and at this point I will NEVER buy from any of your stores again due to deceptive business practices and shoddy workmanship. I will do my best to discourage anyone I know from buying Lazy Boy by citing my bad experience. November 20th in response to your comment about it being clearly marked on the paperwork given to me by the drivers. It is not "Clearly Marked" it is not even noted as a Charge it was tucked away in the Notes.
