Rude and unprofessional staff. I am a resident at the Avalon with a monthly parking pass, and a few of us have recently had trouble getting into the garage ended up having to just get a ticket for the gate to open. When I called the office to inform them and check my pass was still OK, the worker told me there were no records of my name, and ended up hanging up abruptly. When I called back, I spoke to another employee who was completely rude and snarky on the phone when I explained the situation. After going to the office at the Avalon, they were professional and helped right away. Unfortunately the same problem happened with the new pass when I walked to the gate not in my car-so I once again had to call the parking garage. Same man, who again was snarky and mad that he opened the gate when I was not there and that “you can’t just call us on your phone not at the gate”- first time having this problem so couldn’t have known. I know I am not the only person who has dealt with their rude and unprofesssionalism, I’m just hoping this doesn’t happen again to myself or others so they don’t have to contact them.
Convenient, but increasingly filthy and neglected. I use it everyday and can tell that is never cleaned as the same litter can be found week after week after week. The pervasive smell of urine is the most recent Edition.
Extremely convenient for shopping or dining in Bloomfield Center! And affordable. Its only $1 hour and lots of spaces reserved right on first floor for people who have visits 2-hours or less.
Tried calling to get help on a permit issue. She hung up on me abruptly after not answering any of my questions. Was unprofessional and rude.
