LaFortune Park is the "Center" of public tennis in Tulsa!

LaFortune Park Tennis Center has 21 lighted outdoor courts and 3 indoor courts with a new clubhouse and proshop.
We offer drills and private/group lessons for adults and junior players of all levels. We host recreational adult leagues, USTA Adult Leagues, Tennis Competitors of Tulsa (TCT) Adult Leagues, and the USTA Junior Team Tennis Program. We also accommodate high school and middle school practice, dual and tournament play, as well as USTA-sanctioned adult and junior area, district and sectional tournaments.

Great facilities but I didn't see any African American instructors which is important to black youth wanting to learn the sport. As a new  African American tennis coach in North Tulsa parents told me they want their kids to learn from someone who looks like them and knows what he's doing.

Stars are for the very nice facility and two staff members who I spoke with — both are friendly.  But there is this one senior staff there, perhaps a head coach, who’s unbelievably rude. Spoke in a condescending manner and tone, demanded to know what my husband did before he could “help”, told me what I should think of our current coach, and certainly don’t want our business.

Nice park. Very simple. Good lighting, felt safe. Needs more trash cans and a couple of benches. 5/21/23 update - functional. Walkways are well maintained, a couple of puddles post-storm but not bad, dog poop bag station near the library, signposts to tell you how far you've walked.

Great tournament director,and  friendly staff clean facility overall.  Beautiful grass A+!! Snacks and drinks were the right price as well.

My kids enjoyed taking tennis lessons here. Great instructors. A bit on the expensive side for lessons. Our biggest problem in Tulsa are poorly maintained city tennis courts. If our tax money would be used to recover tennis courts at city parks we would not have to pay to use these private well maintained courts.

This place is AWESOME in every way imaginable! From the directors of LaFortunte Park Tennis Center down to every staff member are SUPER HOSPITABLE.  These people are clearly focused spreading the beautiful game of tennis far and wide. It is extremely rare you will find any organization run as well as this place.

Beautiful courts. Lots of courts. Very nice clubhouse.  Great facility. Fairly large parking lot.

Great pickleball tournament today.  The courts looked fantastic.

Great tennis park. Facilities are nice. A little tight on parking, so arrive to your even early. Their First Serve program to get kids into tennis is awesome. Everyone I have met that is associated with the place has been awesome.

Great facility, they have pros, and wonderful indoor and outdoor courts. About 20 courts maybe more.
