"We are open 24 hours. The hours shown on our schedule are staffed hours. If you are over 18, you have access 24/7.Staffing is during peak hours. Under 18 may only attend during staffed hours. M-F: 6:30am-12pm, 4pm-8pm Saturday: 8am-2pm and Sunday 8am-12pmAmazing, local gym with air conditioning, Cable based, Freemotion equipment which is best in class, Treadmills, Ellipticals, and bikes. Our free weights consist of dumbbells from 2-100lbs, EZ curl bars, and fully adjustable benches. If you are looking for a great culture and great personalities, Laguna Health Club is for you. Big box...we are not."

This gym is perfect if you are trying to have a great workout.   I went here while on vacation and it was perfect. Great equipment and very clean.

This is a great gym! Did a week pass while in town and was a perfect option. The gym has everything you need, cleanliness is on point, and Doug the owner is a super nice guy.

This is by far the best gym in the area. From the very first day I walked in as a newcomer to the area,  I was made to feel like family. Very Clean, well equipped, Friendly staff and management AND open 24 hours! You will meet locals who have been coming here for decades as well as people enjoying their vacation here in Laguna. I love this place.

Hello Community {your opinion is NOT fraud} ~NOW the owner is withholding the balance he owes both my friend & I… Not only has it been a month that we’ve been happy with more amenities & no charging drama @24hr fitness, HE IS THREATENING US NOW NOT TO PAY US OUR REFUND UNLESS WE TAKE DOWN OUR HONEST REVIEWS… {does this sound okay to you?} * Now my friends will all give their reviews for there is consequences for breaking the law & taking advantage of clients.. my friend REFERRED ME & we both get punished for charging a battery pack & NOW THE OWNER IS STILL WITHHOLDING US OUR MONEY.. She will post screenshots if she can with her review… PLEASE, just go elsewhere.. we are even being generous with not sharing further hurtful information about the club. But we believe anyone can clean up their gym. But our opinion & review matters.

One of my favorite gyms around.Doug the owner is extremely knowledgeable and makes working out FUN.If your looking for a space to get strong, this is your spot. Clean and friendly staff. I highly recommend

Laguna health club is truly the greatest fitness gym ever! Everyone is so friendly, the staff is amazing, your a block away from the beach, and it’s always clean!
