My cats had been patients at Laguna HIlls Animal Hospital for 8 years. I moved all over Orange County between 2013 and 2020 and continued coming here even though the drive at one point was 30 minutes one way. If I hadn't moved two states away in 2021 I can honestly say I would continue going here. This place sets the gold standard for Veterinary Care. The staff is not only incredibly kind toward you and your pets, they clearly care about animals. Every time I walked in with my little girl Tracer, they were incredibly excited to see her. Though she no longer works here, working with Dr. Jackson was one of my favorite parts of coming here. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and empathic toward an anxious cat mom concerned over her cat's allergies. More to the point and I didn't realize this until I had moved away she didn't jump straight into shots/medications and informed me of all of the risks involved with giving Tracer a cortisone shot more than once or twice to treat her allergies. Based on that hire alone, I would trust this staff completely with my animals if I were to ever move back, and I recommend you do as well. Thanks to Laguna Hills Animal Hospital for everything over the last nearly 9 years for giving me an incredibly great standard for taking care of my pets. It's helped me figure out what I want from a Vet, and helped me find a good vet in my new home.
Absolutely amazing place! Sabrina was very nice and helpful at check in and doctor Yang was very patience and nice with our 2 dogs. Everyone we’ve encountered has at Laguna Hills Animal Hospital was so nice! Even when they were very busy with other calls and pets they continued with a smile.
I have always liked the Vets at this practice. They have new staff who keep things rolling. The new vets are very attentive and thorough. We all hope that Dr. S can catch his breath and take some much deserved weekends off!
We have been taking our Fur Babies to Laguna Hills Animal Hospital for over 25 years because they care. They all show professionalism from the front desk all the way to the Doctors. They also treat us, including our Fur Babies like family.
My wife and I had to take our 15 month old Berneedoodle to Laguna Hills Animal Hospital LHAH on 9/29 after she sustained a leg injury. Initially, we believed it was serious. Thankfully, it was not. This was our first experience with LHAH. We were beyond impressed with the staff here. Every single one of them were professional, friendly and willing to help out. You can feel their genuineness. We were fortunate to meet Roberta, Francesca, Karen, Megan and Dr. Joonghwa Lee. Dr. Lee was phenomenal. We would not hesitate to return.
Dr. Lee was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable, and gave me enough time to ask my questions. The whole place is highly professional but friendly, and they seem to really love all the animals. I'm happy to have found them!
The Staff is knowledgable and polite. The Doctor's are interested in my pet and my concerns. We've been comming here 7 years. The improvement that can be made is having Staff for overnight stays.
Just moved to the neighborhood and only visited this practice once so far, but the experience was more than I expected. Brought my extremely aggressive cat to be checked and Dr. Chang was great with her and working with me to try to limit the damage she has caused in the past with other vets, that refuse to see her unless they sedate her. I'm relieved I selected this practice and will keep utilizing them. Thank you Dr. Chang!
