Lahey Outpatient Center

I had an MRI and outpatient procedure at this location and both experiences were excellent. The staff, nurses and doctors have been nothing but patient, helpful, answered all my questions, put me at ease and were kind and caring, especially after my outpatient procedure which was a painful experience that their kindness helped mitigate. A nurse held and patted my hand during the parts of the procedure she warned me would be uncomfortable. This was a level of healthcare service that will keep me coming back and recommending them to my friends and family. Really excellent care when I was already nervous and in pain.

I had an MRI for the first time yesterday at Lahey Outpatient in Danvers. The staff was utterly fantastic. The techs/nurses explained the reasoning for everything they did, bantered with each other and me to put me at ease, and checked with me during every step of the process to make sure I was doing okay. When it was time to go into the machine, the nurse tucked me in with two heated blankets because I mentioned I get cold easily. The MRI tech checked in with me frequently while I was inside the tube, let me know how long each sequence would be, and played music to help distract me from the loud noises. They were just incredibly kind and caring and made what could have been a scary experience almost pleasant. True professionals!

I just had the best MRI at Lahey Danvers! I was 98% pain free during the procedure - first time in a week! Thank you to the staff @ Lahey MRI in Danver!

Have had lots of I.V's and blood draws. Mild lack of compassion at this place. Over confident tech didn't slip but stabbed needle in, missed and yes it did hurt.

As always they are very professional

Doctor will make you wait forever to see them, but if you're 10 minutes late to your appointment they will refuse to see you. Awful service and nasty people.

Between doctor visits and having an x-ray done at the outpatient center, I find the location super convenient to access and for parking as well as great staff!
