A wonderful alternative to hotels This is a combination RV park and air B and B.
We visit a friend who lives there. Nothing to say. Calm and quiet.
I went to this resort as of today the reason that the gentleman doesn’t call back on the telephone is because they’re all filled up. And they don’t have a waiting list. It’s a very well-maintained park in my opinion it’s probably late 40s early 50s and the buildings are a little bit older and they’re made out of concrete. But the gentleman seems to be very nice. But as for the foreseeable future there is no places left to rent It is strictly long-term rentals. So you’d have to wait until someone dies or moves out they need to have to hit it at the right time to get a Spot, but other than that it’s a really nice park in a nice area. And another thing if you try to ask him what his rent is he won’t tell you because it’s filled up. Hope this helps
Haven't lived here very long but it's been pretty quiet for the most part. Even though we are close to our neighbors and walls are thin we haven't heard loud talking, music or arguing. Most people here mind their own business and keep to themselves. Place provides on site laundry which you pay $1.50 to wash and $1.50 for 45 minutes of drying time. Only accepts change however and there is no change machine. Lake in the back of the neighborhood which I think is nice.
Came down for Citrus Bowl and thought I had a reservation here. For roughly 2+ days we tried calling the office without success nor did they even return our calls.
Very run down, manger is very mean. Wouldn't suggest living there only nice thing is the Parks near by
Place looks nice but no room for another at this time
We've been here for 3 years. Nice older property and overall a nice little village. There are a few things that happen here and there, people who expect a 5 star neighborhood for a three star price, for example. The lots are much larger than most other parks in the same area and we are right on the lake. Most of the residents are friendly and helpful. You won't find a better situation anywhere else in this area. Manager is more than fair considering all of the units he has here. I highly recommend Lake Breeze RV park!
Friendly residents everywhere! But on either side of "my" parcel, creepy neighbors. The overly friendly park manager was an idiot! I waited over 3 months for an opening. I was told available in May. When I called there were over 10 open parcels, but mgr insisted on putting me on a spot too small for my camper. Not to mention not one leaf over my coach for shade. And so small 1 neighbor had to park ON patio slab! When I told mgr I waited 1/3rd of a year for a place I thought I wanted to live for a good while, but I was made to feel less than and not welcome if I were not to settle for a spot I was totally unhappy with. I cancelled my check and pulled out! I wouldn't stay there for free! Unless current management got off the crack or died!
I stayed there for a short time and liked the park but left due to a wacko lady in a white converted bus camper with like 4 dogs living with her and when her door opened you could smell the stench from 100 yds. away. I'm not sure whether it was from the dogs or her. Plus, she was freaking nuts. I'd bet that Lee Ann person who gave the bad review was another nut. The manager seemed to be a very nice guy to me and very fair. When I did leave early due to the wacko lady, he gave me a prorated refund of my rent and said he was going to boot her ASAP and check back when I was in town again. It's no KOA but neither is the cost. It's very convenient to I-4 and shopping etc. in College Park. I'd stay there again as long as the wacko lady is gone. Very nice lake as well and very close to an upscale VFW if your a vet like myself.
