We’ve been going here for the last ten years. Everyone is super nice and has always gotten us in immediately or next day. One thing I love is I NEVER sit in the waiting room longer than 5 min. My appointment has always been on time and I’m out the door in 30 minutes. My only complaint is the doctors prescribe name brand meds… I always have to ask to write the script for the generic.
Been going there for 7+ years. My primary doctor apparently left them. Got stuck with an upset, ticked off of the world, PA Lauren Ashley Harkrider. Not sure if they changed ownership or just hired the wrong person. My advice is..see a “Doctor” that cares or go elsewhere. Edit…And if you read the other reviews Lauren is there. “Snarky”…good word Amber. She’s likened nurse Ratched.
Wish there were negative marks allowed. This office is so frustrating when sick. Forcing an established patient to make an office visit with a positive Covid test is ridiculous at best. Initially it was after hours "let us know if we can call anything in for you".... Completely different story the next day with the office staff. If I'm on my death bed this is the last place I would call.
Horrible place that has gone straight downhill since THR took it over. They care only about taking money and nothing about the actual health of clients. Rude and completely unhelpful staff.
Lauren the PA made a very snarky comment to me when I mentioned I had been using an inhaler! I travel all over for work and have to visit urgent cares when out of town.. well, she said to me ..” who’s inhaler are you using?! Because you don’t have any!”
Been going here for 15 years and always a long waiting room. Today 40 mins and walked out. I'm done, will find another provider.
Emily Bengston is a really wonderful PA! always very helpful and really listens to what you have going on, highly recommend!
