Dr. Bontreger is a wonderful doctor. I rated 1 star because she soon will stop accepting insurance and only wants her patients to cash pay for medical services. That is a no for me.
From office staff to Dr. Bontreger, everyone is always so kind and helpful. Dr. Bontreger is amazing! Not only does she care for your physical health, but always has a listening ear and is there to help any way she can.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bontreger for many years. She is knowledgeable, personable & really takes the time to get to know you & understand your needs & health. She has always gone above and beyond for myself & my family. I cannot recommend her enough.
I am about as picky as they come when it comes to trusting someone with my healthcare. I have known Dr. Bontreger for ten years, and I have complete confidence in her as my doctor, and her staff is fantastic and very professional! She is well versed, prepared, and makes it KNOWN that I am important, and that she will leave no stone unturned to provide proper diagnosis, and treatment plans. This day and age, it's hard to find gems in our health-care system, but you will know that inside that tiny frame is a fearless, intelligent, physician, that you want ON YOUR SIDE. Doctor Bontreger is one of a kind. She not only does she treat but she is also a very good listener. God bless you Doctor and your staff. If you are looking for PCP get appointment with her and you won't regret.
I have been with Dr. Bontrigger for 7 years now and I love her. She is always thorough and answers all my questions. She takes the time to talk to you and make sure all your questions & concerns have been addressed. She really cares about her patients and is personable. It is hard to find a great Dr and I travel from Dallas just to see her!
