All content, comments, and replies posted to any of the City’s social media accounts are subject to the Freedom of Information Act and the Texas Public Information Act and may be considered the property of the public and subject to open record requests.
All content posted to the City’s social media accounts will be monitored. If any content contains the following items, the City reserves the right to delete the content and/or to block the user responsible for posting the content:
