When your child doesn't feel good, ALL Peds is the best! The nurse came in and went over stuff and did a strep test. The doctor came in and had results and was so sweet to my daughter and talked to her directly. She made her recommendations and we were on our way. We so appreciate everyone at the practice and their kindness.
Dr. Caplan is the best Pediatrician ever and we have been through more than our fair share. He is kind, thorough, patient and goes above and beyond for the kids and their families.
Dr. Sullivan is a great listener, pays attention to detail, focused and organized and establishes good rapport with patient - inspite of having only a short period of time to discuss questions.
I have 3 kids oldest 21, youngest 14. We’ve used their practice for 21 yrs. Positive experience each visit. They are professional and courteous.
My children have been seeing Dr. Caplan for many, many years as he is their primary doctor! He is the greatest of all time and we are so blessed to have had his care and expertise!!!
All my children attend All Pediatrics. The doctors are great! I love that my children receive the same care regardless of the doctor. The nurses are great too! Depending on who is working the front desk does set the tone when walking into the office. My last visit the clerk was very short with responses. She would not make any eye contact and seemed very annoyed. I felt as if I was inconveniencing her trying to check in. Just didn’t seem like a friendly/family environment. How ever I’ve been there before and know that some of the clerks are really friendly.
I always feel very relaxed and comfortable with Dr Sullivan. He’s very knowledgeable and honest and very easy to talk to. I appreciate that every visit he asks me how I am doing and genuinely listens. He is encouraging and positive. When I leave the office I feel confident that I am caring for my babies well and I have Dr Sullivans support. I have seen a few different doctors at the lake ridge location as well as Lorton and Alexandria and have been pleased with all of the providers. I am confident that they are providing the best care for my children.
Dr. Farber is wonderful. He has been our son's pediatrician for the last 10 years. He is an excellent doctor and is great with our son.
My husband called to make a new patient appt for both our babies to get their vaccines and check up on their milestones transferring care since we just moved to the area and they kept picking up then hanging up instantly. How are you supposed to get new patients and business, if your receptionist doesn’t know how to answer the phone??? Sad because this practice was right near our house and we heard good things about the doctors here. Looking at the other recent negative reviews, for the love of god, the doctors that own this practice, please hire competent, kind and professional staff.
We parents of 2 kids, both under Dr. Caplan's care feel secure with him and his practice
