This place is a slice of heaven due to weather, lake fun and much more. We live here full time, great place, crowded in summer but no hot weather. Very nice and peaceful in winter. Winters are short and mild compared to northern places. All four seasons which is nice. You buy your lot. You have Condo fees, very reasonable.
Loved it so much i bought this charming little place. People are kind and friendly. Cant wait to sell my house where i can go home to holiday out! My home. See yall soon

Love the beach over on the side of the lake where the rv park is... it's pretty private with not a lot of people around
