Highly recommend! Great property, right on the beautiful Lake Seminole! Easy access to kayak and paddle board! The new cabins are wonderful and offer all you need for a quiet getaway!

This park is very dated a lot of older homes in it. I had an issue with ants did my best to fight them off over the weekend after getting up Sunday morning and more ants on the dogs food bowl I decided to move out. I sent Eric a message letting him know and that I would contact him on Monday to discuss. After speaking to Eric he said he would have to contact the owner and get back to me. Never heard from them again I reached out twice to Eric both messages were ignored. I should have known when they asked me to pay cash that was a red flag. I would be careful when dealing with these folks they seem very nice but if you have any issues things changed quickly. And don't pay cash that was totally my fault.

Fairly sketchy area, although I did stay in the back where the log cabin-like places are located. The water is a little off-putting, but it's scenic and I've had no problems with the people living/staying there

I had a great experience at Lakeview, front office staff are always available. Maintenance comes out same day for repairs. Street and complex is always very clean. Easy access to local stores and restaurants.

These people rent run down places jay beyrouti is a scammer. They do hard inquiries on ur credit report, which drops ur credit score. They also are not upfront with their credit requirements. All they do is take $75 for the application fee. They are renting a rundown place on 165 117th st treasure island

Just moved in and love it! Quiet, shady, and breeze from Lake Seminole. Dogs love it too. Neighbors are friendly. Convenient access to anything you need!!!

The property is right on Lake Seminole. Very peaceful and centrally located!! Minutes from the beach and shopping and restaurants all around. I definitely will be returning next summer!!!!!

Nice place, the Lakeview signs on Alt19 North can not be seen, green street sign is washed out and the Lakeview sign can only be see driving south on Alt 19 Seminole Street.
