Lake Villa District Library

It was great experience, interacting with the front desk and adult services teams. Very kind, collaborative and helpful showing us around the library and helped us Facility is brand new, fresh and full of light

One of the nicest libraries I've visited locally. Plenty of quiet space, and room for growth. Children section is great for kids, educational materials available, story time fun. The service is amazing each and every time we visit. The fax and copy area is a great service.

Wonderful place to study or work remotely. The study rooms have big windows, wipe boards, and tvs, and you can reserve them for solid lengths of time. Plus, even the general areas have comfortable seating, plenty of tables, and a restful, focused atmosphere. 10/10!

Newly built library with the lower level filled with kids activities! Very clean with plenty of meeting rooms and study spaces. Three levels, offers self-checkout, very friendly staff!

What a stunning library! New with room to grow. Two public entrances with plenty of accessibility. Three floors; clean, open spaces; excellent signage; and friendly staff. I couldn't have asked for a better visit. As of this review, they are in the same borrowing consortium as McHenry Public Library.

Beautiful library. Huge upgrade to the original down the road. Very helpful staff that value education.

First time here. My child returned a book. It was cool to watch the system scan the book and move the book along the conveyor belts and into the appropriate bin for stacking. Very new and clean building.

I just moved into this district and the library has been my most visited spot. This library is beautiful. But aside from that I love how much it has to offer. Great selection, lots of options available for convenience such as carts or bags to carry your books, self check out, etc. I have found their app to be super helpful when I think of a book or movie Id like to check out I can do it all from my phone.
