The Lake Zurich Foot Clinic was founded by Dr. Elizabeth J. Sosinski in 1982. Dr. Sosinski started the practice with a commitment to her patients to provide the highest quality of personalized foot and ankle care possible. Through the years the practice has grown to accomplish this goal. In 2005, the practice expanded to our new location at the Willow Ponds Professional Center on Route 22. We will celebrate 30 years of serving our patients in 2012.
We offer flexible office hours, including evenings, and same day appointments for emergencies. We participate in most major insurance plans including Medicare, and will process your claims for you. The Lake Zurich Foot Clinic provides individualized treatments plans, and proudly offers a wide variety of services to treat the foot and ankle. Our mission is to provide comprehensive foot and ankle care for your whole family in a friendly and professional office setting. We pride ourselves on our personal attention to each and every patient.
Dr. Sosinski and Dr. Hare specialize in providing treatments for many common foot and ankle ailments, including plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, plantar warts, fungal nails, bunions, hammertoes, ankle sprains, fractures, and diabetic foot care.
Additionally, we offer in-office x-rays, molding for custom foot orthotics, a surgical suite for minor surgical needs, and diagnostic ultrasound including ultrasound guided injections. . Dr. Hare offers major surgical services at local surgical centers.
