About

well, I do not have any idea what it is that not the other people are going through the whole neighborhood to see if the shop and the other side work in a place where they are the only one who wants to see the house and the house that we are going through

This is where you go to get cultured! Very clean, and Rachel the security guard is so sweet. Go in for a few hours and see the Rodin exhibit, it's a once in a lifetime bucket list item you never knew you had! I LOVE this place and you will too.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
This is a great art museum. They have new art collections on rotation and stable collections. The art from the local kids is always inspiring. The curators always have informative and insightful information on the pieces. Can visit again and again. And most importantly the staff is so nice!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
Loved this museum! The Edward Hopper and Guy du Bois exhibit was sensational. And, it's free admission, but I did donate because I liked it so much. Don't miss the 2nd floor exhibit. The food and home photos are eye opening.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
For a free museum I have to say that I am pretty impressed. The major exhibition is the art of The highwaymen. I spent about 40 minutes here just on the first floor the second level is mostly administrative offices classrooms in the collection of photographic art. I wouldn't say that this museum is worth driving out of your way to visit, but if you're visiting the Lakeland / Central Florida area and are looking for a little excursion this is totally worth your time.
I highly recommend this museum!! I love that it is free and that right now you can see the Highwaymen exhibit. All of the art that they have within the museum is beautiful and the museum itself is big and open and lovely. There is also a cute little gift shop where you can get little art and Florida’s nic-naks
I went to their haunted house. They all did a great job . And a lot of guests came dressed up! Hopefully next year they will have it on several days. Decor was really spooky
Very engaging information on the feature artist. Local schools get their very own exhibits in the student area. Be sure and to go to the second floor to see the continuing exhibitions Material World: a global family portrait and Hungry Planet: What the world eats. Visit Black and Brew for something to eat and drink before you leave the area. Black and Brew is just across the parking lot in the local library.
A true gem! As a Smithsonian associated museum, PMA receives a rotation of surprisingly well-known artists’ works. The time and care taken into the displaying of every piece, especially in regards to the carefully curated descriptions, creates an experience that truly honors each work. PMA is of my favorite places to visit and is well worth the trip!
I came to the museum for the Rodin exhibit and it was amazing. The second floor was closed so not much else to see. I did see an Andy Warhol and an Ansel Adams...which were incredible. I will keep up with what is on display and will go back for sure.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
This is a wonderful museum. Admission is free and the exhibits rotate regularly. It's well laid out in an open plan and there's an outdoor area to enjoy. Be sure to check the gift shop a they often have things related to the exhibits. The staff is always friendly and helpful.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
