I ran out of med. at the cabin and also needed authorization to refill it. The employees were friendly, helpful and efficient. The pharmacy/store is warm and inviting with some nice creams, lotions , sun care etc.and many gift items. I will return in the future.

Worst pharmacy ever. We called this morning to confirm our prescription. They said it was ready. I went in at 1245 and they were closed. The sign on the door said they were open. Stop by again at 1. Still closed. Lights on. Found out that they take a lunch break from 1230 to 130. Why don't the hours on the door reflect this? And when we finally were able to get in they did not have the script ready. This place is a joke. Just go to Walgreens in Brainerd.

If you want your medication filled after seeing a doctor and have have the clinic send them in. The pharmacy here will NOT fill them unless you call and tell them you want them. Duh, I saw a doctor for this, if course I want it. Also everyday from 11:30am to 1:00pm the whole store closes for lunch. Lunch is sometimes the only time we have to get our meds. Stay away from this one.

Sweet people! They work with you and help you out to the point that you know they're not just doing their job for the paycheck; they actually care! After working with them for just a little while they will call you by name and they will ask you about your life because they care. Great people, great service!

They are always rude whether in person, or on the phone. I wrote 1 star over a year ago and it still stands, though they deserve no stars. If you want your stuff done without eye rolling and an attitude, go ANYWHERE else.

Worst and slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life and I’ve been all over. Every time I go in they are extremely rude and don’t seem to ever know what is going on. I suggest going to Guidepoint.

It is the closest pharmacy in the area and next to the doctors office.  It is now called, Escentia Health Pharmacy.

Now Essentia, a part of the hospital and clinic system.  Few issues. Seems well operated.

They always have it ready for us.
