As a customer for a decade plus, WPP used to be 5 star all around. Recent changes have destroyed my trust and confidence in their overall professionalism. Recently my regular monthly refills were held up 2days. Failed promised a.m. delivery-P.m.  promised refills with driver-next stop. Hrs later driver informed me he had just picked it up. The "NEW" customer service....??

Professional and friendly staff.  Supportive of neighborhood.  Even have a free drop box where you can drop unused prescriptions so they are destroyed correctly.

I have always received thoughtful, professional and personalized service for multiple prescriptions and multiple family members through this pharmacy. Please consider supporting our local pharmacies who go above and beyond to provide valuable service to our community in a manner that chain pharmacies simply cannot provide.

Only place I could find with medication in stock and got it ready for me in no time at all Thanks Staff at West Pine Pharmacy!!!

I was told that my prescription had previously been filled by another pharmacy.  Note that I had a NEW WRITTEN PRESCRIPTION,  NOT A REFILL! I was told i had to wait while the doctor was called to verify this prescription, which was written 30 DAYS AFTER THE ONE FILLED AT THE OTHER PHARMACY!  So it was not too soon for another prescription.  Again, i must stress that this was not a refill, but a new prescription!  After waiting approx. 30 minutes for the doctor to call, i realized that something was fishy and the whole thing made no sense.  So, i went back and asked what the problem was with the script.  I was told the same strange story.  I told the person that did not make sense and did not sound regulatory.  Show me what allows him to do what he is doing?  He told me that there was no regulation - that was just how they do it.  So, I asked if this was because of my race and the type of script I was trying to fill?  Do I have to be on a West Pine Pharmacy Client List to be treated according to regulations? Naturally, he said "no."  I asked for my prescription back.  Filled it at another pharmacy with no problem.  Wonder if the people at West Pine Pharmacy were waiting for a doctor to return their call or whether they had called the police on us profiling.  I will never know.  Did not continue waiting to find out!  African Americans/Blacks, go elsewhere  please.  Do not give this pharmacy your business as long as they treat us like criminals!

I have worked with West Pine Pharmacy in a professional compacity now for over 6 years.  They have been the premier long term pharmacy for two facilities I have managed.  I can say their staff is always courteous, prompt that goes the extra mile.  Over and beyond any other pharmacy I have ever worked with in my line of work.  It actually starts with the owner and trickles down to the techs, everyone is always happy and helpful, if they do not know they work diligently to get you the answer quickly.  Highly recommend them to anyone professionally and personally!!

I love coming West Pine Pharmacy! The staff is always friendly and professional.  West Pine won me over the first time I went by remembering my name and addressing me personally when I came back.  I don't bother going anywhere else.  You will never wait forever like you do at big chain pharmacies.  They also go the extra mile when contacting doctors that are particularly difficult to get a hold of.  You know that everyone in this pharmacy is also qualified to work there. You won't see one absentee pharmacist and a bunch of poorly trained techs in dingy jackets like SOME stores that shall remain nameless.

Received our 5th Covid vaccine. Bivalent by Moderna and the pharmacist was excellent. Didn't feel a thing.

I have been coming to this pharmacy since the 90's.. They know you when you walk through the door! This kind of service is unheard of these days. The pharmacist are friendly and will answer your questions. I live in South County and I pass three pharmacies on my way to this store!

Great people there . 1st time there and they treated us like regulars . My wife and I got our Covid vaccine there . Better than any CVS , Walgreens ,etc.
