From the time you walk in you are greeted with a very friendly and professional staff. The office is clean and well kept. I have had a couple of procedures and Dr. Patel and his staff were wonderful explaining the whole process and ensuring I was comfortable throughout each appointment. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning as well was very sweet and thorough. I would highly recommend visiting this office.
I was a new patient. Had a chipped tooth and needed a cleaning. I was able to get an appointment for the next day! I did all my paperwork on-line so check in took 2 mins and they took me right back for x-rays and cleaning. I was out within an hour. They scheduled me 2 days later to repair the chipped tooth. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I plan on keeping them as my dentist for years to come.
Called around 3pm with abscess tooth and was able to be seen by 10:30 the following morning! With the emergency visit and extraction it was very reasonable. I also was impressed with the doctor and his staff, everyone was very friendly and professional. I definitely see why they have such great reviews!! Highly recommend this dental office!
This team is amazing. My problem for one month was solved in just 4 days and I have my smile back. Thank you so much Dr. Patel and staff. I’m a happy patient and I would definitely come back. I would highly recommend them. Kudos to all of you! God bless..
Always have a great, smooth experience here. The staff and Dr. Patel are friendly, respectful, and caring. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. I definitely recommend Lakeshore for your dental health.
Lakeshore Dental services was awesome and everyone was very professional and kind. The dentist was awesome with extraction of two bad teeth that was bad for over 7 years and doing a refill. Please remember I was afraid to have my teeth removed which was over 7 years but the dentist really carried. I still have more Dental work needed. The $332 dollars co-pay was money well spend. Thanks again and God bless your organization.
Highly recommend Lakeshore Dental. On arrival I was greeted with friendly staff. Very clean and calm waiting room. I can not say enough about the dental hygienist who performed my cleaning. She was so gentle. It was painless.
Dr. Patel and his Team are the "Best of the Best"! Extremely professional, courteous, and responsive! I went in for cleaning. I advised Dr. Patel that my fillings came off two weeks before my appointment. To my surprise --- he replaced it immediately after my cleaning. My old dentist would have booked an appointment for another day. Talking about the best customer service!!
All staff members were friendly and professional. I called for an appointment yesterday and was seen today. I will definitely continue to use Lakeshore Dental for my dental needs. Dr. Patel explained everything he did and what other things need to be done.
The appearance of the office was neat, clean, well-lot and modern. The staff seemed knowledgeable, and they were courteous. They provided me with options prior to any work being done…. And I was in and out in a timely manner. Great experience!!! Great job Lakeshore Dental. Whoot whoot!!
