We offer a variety of dental services including same day crowns using CEREC technology, implants, veneers, Invisalign®, and teeth whitening. Please browse the pictures of our new office. Independence Blvd. near Mount Trashmore. We are near the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach along with the cities of Norfolk and Chesapeake.

He gave me treatment options and time to consider my choices. Grace was a gentle, upbeat angel who cleaned my teeth for the first time without pain and tears. Fantastic experience. I have been a patient of Dr Fernandez for about a year and have been very happy with all aspects of his practice. This morning I had a small dental emergency. They got me right in and professionally handled the problem in short order.
Dental Assistant and Treatment Plan Coordinator Adriane is the best! She took the initiative to reach out to me for openings an entire month before my scheduled appointment. Her sunny disposition and bubbly attitude are a real treat and I’m so glad to come here! She truly cares about her patients and it shows!
The office staff squeezed me into their very busy for an issue I was having with a tooth done by another dental office. My entire experience from walking in the door to leaving was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and professional. I met Doctor Cox, one of the 2 dentists. He was very kind, took time with me did not rush explaining to me what was going on. He referred me to a fantastic Group who only do Root Canals. I have lived in several different places and I would rate Doctor Cox and his office the best. The facilities are ultra modern and state of the art equipment tools, our offices it’s also sparkling, clean, and brand new.
I am very happy and will continue going to this place for my dentist needs. Every one I met were very helpful. Everything was explained and straight forward. This facility is top notch.
Dr. Fernandez and his team were amazing! They were able to get me in same day for a dental emergency that other offices told me I would have to wait weeks! Couldn't be happier with the services rendered.
This has been the most honest Dentist office I have been to. They saw my needs as a person and showed they cared about me and what I had to say and made sure I understood what was going on. I have been screwed over by several dentist offices this is a Good one out of the many bad ones I found. It’s 1 in a million. They didn’t charge me for scans and other things because I had so many done and was having issues from the other offices who wouldn’t send them out to me they just ignored me. Thank you Michael Fernandez Family Dentistry for showing me the Love you have for helping people.
I've been looking for a good dentist for a while. This dentist was recommended so I gave him a try. I was very impressed with his service and support staff. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist. Update. Used Dr Cox for a cap and he was wonderful. Great people skills and caring person.
I had a bad accident in December and sheared off some teeth. Jasmine took complete x-rays and Dr Fernandez did a comprehensive exam. She was very gentle but thorough taking the xrays. He gave me accurate assessment of the health of my teeth. I feel confident under their competent care. I highly recommend this practice.
A wonderful and welcoming practice, not to mention very fast! How often do you wish you could visit your dentist more often than twice a year? Great care here.
