Our family moved here from a crowded apartment complex. We only had 670 square feet of space that was sandwiched between numerous other apartments. The rent at the place we left is now $1,200-$1,300. Living there we came home to the smell of freshly sprayed pest spray regularly. We had no choice but to live and breathe those toxic chemicals because there was always at least one attached apartment with an insect infestation. Parking anywhere near our apartment was a rarely possible because no one followed the rules. The sound of sirens and presence of SWAT was a daily occurrence. Living here, even with slight rent increases we now have 3 bedrooms and a spacious yard for less than what we would pay in a dangerous area. I no longer have to fear for my family’s safety or dealing with bugs. We’re surrounded by neighbors who care about neighborhood safety. Moms and dad’s looking out for all of the children. There are always older siblings wrangling littles in the right direction. A person could nit-pick any home community to death. The manager here is PRESENT! There’s a very open door policy and you will not find that at other communities.

I love it here. Greg is such an amazing park manager. He listens to each and every person and tries to make sure the park is well kept and the people are respected. As long as you follow the rules in your leasewhich he just enforces doesn’t write himself then you’ll love it here. This is a community of course nobody wants to see a bunch of trash or tires just laying around in the yard, even if you own your trailer, clean up your yard! Rent is another thing everyone wants to complain about and for some reason think Greg has a say in it. Again this man just enforces the rules. Get over it! Slumlord where? Because I’ve personally heard phone calls for work and he gets right on it as quick as he can. One other thing the complaints about him not doing anything when it comes to domestic disputes or someone else damaging property of yours like someone hitting your car for example. CALL THE POLICE! OR STOP WHINING FOR ATTENTION. What do you expect Greg to really do? He is not the police, he cannot file a report and he legally cannot involve himself into things like that. If you call telling him any of the above he will do or say what he can to help! He always has. Just because you didn’t get your way or don’t like something or someone else it doesn’t me you need to slander him for doing what he is supposed to. Greg and his family are some pretty great people and he’s an amazing park manager compared to a lot of actual slumlords out there. Stop whining or move. Thanks for everything you do for our community Greg!

When ever I have had any issues Greg the property Manager has taken care of it asap. Pretty quiet community with the exception of a few who think rules don't apply to them but that's everywhere. My concerns are always greeted with a " I'll get rt on it" attitude and I appreciate the promptness. Thanks Greg!

Been here 15+ years and don't plan on moving. You're allowed have BBQs and children have plenty of room to ride bikes without worrying about traffic. You can pretty much do your own thing as long as you're not an annoyance to others. Not worried about crime. Manager takes care of the place well, and does not put up with troublemakers. Anyone giving a bad review are usually Karens making problems for the Manager. If he's ever had a problem with something of mine, he let's me know, and I take care of it. If there's something I want to do/upgrade, I simply ask him if it's a problem... like putting up a shed or widening my driveway. The only negative thing is the power goes out sometimes when it storms. However, when we had a massive storm with massive power outages everywhere, the manager got a big water tank so people could at least flush their toilets.

My childhood trailer park, house was rotting g but I think that's because my family was poor. Other than that, people were friendly and it was clean, loved living there. Moved out with my family 2016. I'm sure gonna miss it. Trailer was brown and white metal siding with a black roof and a porch

Greg the manager is nothing short of amazing. He is all about safety of the children of the park. He also is the first to give valuable information about government founded programs for those of us living on a fixed income or in financial crisis. Thank you for all you do.

Greg our park manager is the only reason that we remain residents at the park. The property has changed owners but management has remained professional and will not tolerate drama. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

I love living here I have lived here 2 times for about 5 years now an never had a problem. The manager is a great man As long as you follow the rules, stop at the stop sings an only drive 10mph because this is a children's park that means alot of children that run around an play in the roads an we all want are family's safe. It's a great place to live.
