We drove from Florida to pick up our new GeoPro FD19 from Wana Rv. That is because, after running all over FL and not getting straight answers on pricing, we immediately knew Wana was different! They gave us the correct MSRP not inflated like the others, gave line item pricing on our options, and the best discount by many thousands. Devon and all the guys were quick to respond and very helpful in our training. Also, the items they sell in the store are fairly priced. Thank you Wana RV!!! A bonus is the cute town of Shipshewana.
I highly recommend Wana RV Center. I completed purchase of a new Rockwood 2205S recently. They quoted me a price via email and sent an itemized quote with the bottom line price which was thousands less than available in PA. The closing process was simple and straightforward. No high pressure sales to buy extended warranty, no documentation prep. fees. Simply the bottom line price. This dealership will be my recommendation for friends and family!
Awesome place to buy a camper. Everyone was super nice and everyone had the answers to all of our questions. We drove 7 hours to buy it from them and would do it again. Not just for the fact they saved us 3k, but for the way they handle everything. Guys in the shop did an awesome job with showing us every little detail about the Rockwood Geo Pro 20FBS. The front office even files all the warranties for you. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a camper. Thanks everyone at Wana RV Center!
After months of searching, we bought in January 2023 a Rockwood Geo Pro 19FD from Wana RV even though it is more than four hours away from us. There is no question that this company is set apart from the many others by an outstanding team and service. The salesman Devin was friendly and a never impatient resource for all kinds of questions one has when buying a trailer and matching it to the tow vehicle. The buying experience could not have been better; we got a walk through with ample explanations. Of course, once home, there were more questions, and the service manager Kerry was available to answer them all. Now in May, we took the trailer out for a first camping trip and there came up two issues: The kitchen sink was not draining and the brakes got unexpectedly hot one side more so than the other. Both of these issues implied considerable repairs. And our compliments to Wana RV, especially to Mark in the Service department, for making sure everything was not only patched over, but fixed and working to everyones satisfaction under warranty that is. Of course, one would prefer that everything is perfect right away. But I can tell anybody that at Wana RV you are in good hands even when in trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Wife and I purchased a RW 2898BS last year. Drove over a three hours to get there. Sales and crew were super easy to work with. No hassles. We were given a VIP walk through of our new rig. We've had a couple small issues that the service manager Kerry has completely taken care of with no issues. 100% worth the time and trip!! Thank You!!
We bought our 2021 336tsik Coachman Chaparral from Wana RV in August 2021 and have had nothing but exemplary customer service from the Wana RV Center. As someone that lives seasonally in our RV it's so important to deal with an RV service group that puts you first as the customer. We highly recommend giving Wana RV a chance at showing you how a customer should be treated. A special THANK YOU to Kerry and the entire service department.
Great experience with Wana RV. We bought our first camper through them. Price was great. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Some things that stood out: - NO BS price, random add on charges, etc. - When we arrived for pick up it was raining. They had the TT inside not sure if this is standard operation for them but it was nice to be out of the rain and calmly work through the walk through. The gentleman that did the walkthrough was thorough. - They allowed me to do an extensive check on the trailer, verify functionality etc. Without any pressure. I had some questions and they were helpful again. - Maybe this is standard operation but, they had the TPMS programmed to the wheel sensors already. I was fully expecting to have to do that myself. Its not a big deal if I did but its a nice thing for them todo. Definitely will consider them if/when we decide to upgrade, years down the road.
We bought our RV through WANA. They were easy to work with since we did most of it online they provided updates on the process and once the rv was ready for delivery they contacted us and set up a walkthrough to show us how everything worked and to make sure there were no issues with the RV. They have provided excellent service after the purchase and we will most definitely consider them for future purchases
We ordered a new 2022 Minilite 2204s from Wana RV on November 18, 2021. It was completed at the factory and picked up by Wana on Memorial Day weekend 2022. Including prep time and when we could travel our wait was six months and 26 days until we picked up on June 13, 2022. The pickup process was smooth and the walk through was informative. Our hitch was installed and it’s operation was explained to us. All of the questions we could think to ask were answered. The service staff made sure our truck brake controller was adjusted to the trailer so we would have no issues. Our paperwork was completed with JoLisa with whom we had ordered the trailer several months before. She was quick, efficient and made sure we understood everything. We did experience three cost increases that were passed down from Forest River to us through our wait. We understood this was possible from the start. We felt the increases were as minimal as possible and not exorbitant. The whole process took about two and a half hours. We were very pleased with our decision to purchase from Wana RV despite the distance we had to travel. We have previously owned a TT and 5th wheel so we felt we got as good a deal as possible and saved some money too. We realize there will probably be some issues down the road but feel Wana will try to assist us however they can. It was a long process but we are excited to live the RV adventure again now that we are both retired. Thanks Wana and Happy Trails everyone!!
