I have lived in Van Buren Estates for 10 years. The neighborhood is very welcoming, all of the neighbors take care of each other like a big family. It is a safe and comforting area! The playground and pool are great assets for my children. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, they all have been very helpful and truly care about the community. It’s a great place to live!
Been here for about 4 months. Nice, and kept up homes, management and Jennifer are truly amazing! I have family that lives in the same park which is awesome! Quick walk to each others home. Great place for a family, very quiet, clean and homey. I truly recommend looking into Van Buren Estates, if your looking for a nice comfortable community to join.
Moved in with my boyfriend and nothing but great experiences so far. Management especially Jen is great and always there to help. Pool here has been very nice. Definitely somewhere you can have a family and kids at, the kids here are friendly.
We've been here for 9 years and it has been a wonderful place for my children to grow. It's a great community where almost all neighbors get along. They also have services that are here to help those in need. All in all it is a place where you can come to live comfortably.
Great place to live!! Neighborhood up keep is good. The office crew and maintenance people are all very helpful!! Personally, I couldn't ask for better neighbors everyone around me are very polite and caring people!
I went and looked at the place, nice and presentable, pool was being opened, yards all clean and well maintined, right near a disc golf course and both lakes with easy access because the boat launch near by. More importantly the staff couldn't of been more helpful getting me through the application process and Jennifer was in contact the whole time helping me with my application since I'm horrid with technology. Couldn't recommend them enough
This place only cares about their money. Their park manager has no emotion towards people at all. She tries to get away with anything and everything while coming down on all of the residents like we're just little People who don't mean nothing to nobody. Don't spend your money here. Go to sun communities and study, yes, communities.
Since I had my stroke back in October,2022. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me through some rough times personally. Always very friendly staff. When you call they know you by name and if you ever have any problems they try to help you find solutions if they cannot take care of it immediately for u. I’ve lived in this community since 2010 and I have to say the management now is the best we’ve ever had.
I love living here. Since new management and office staff have come to this community it looks a lot better. Lisa and Jen are a pleasure to visit in the office. I love having them here, they are always helpful and and pleasant.
Lisa, from Van Buren Estates called us and asked us about a fence for their pool. She was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating to our crew. Van Buren Estates is a well kept place and we are proud to have done their fence : 5 out of 5*'s!
