Can't even set up primary care here and Jessie brown. Both places telling me to call the other place disconnecting my call. Horrible service.
I arrived at 8:30, was checked in and told to have a seat and wait. My appointment was for 9:00, so I was early. 9:00 passed, and 9:30 passed... and at 9:45 I went back to the check-in desk to inquire how much longer I would need to wait. The clerk freaked out that I was still waiting and found that my check-in didn't register and nobody knew that I was waiting. He scolded me for waiting too long before asking! The Nurse Supervisor immediately took me to the head of the line to get my vitals taken... and then I waited some more. It wasn't until 10:30 that the Doctor saw me, and he was done with me in 10 minutes... but I needed to give blood for lab tests. It is now 11:30 as I continue to sit here waiting to be called into the blood draw room. I asked the Technician and he gave me a curt response to just wait for my number to be called. I remember the last time I was here that my arm bruised up severely because of an incompetent Technician... and I'm anticipating this time to be just as bad. I don't know who gives this Clinic high ratings because in my experience is is mostly awful. Just think that I drove for 2 hours to get here and I'm missing a day of work. Not happy.
My dad is 98 years old. He doubts he would have made it this far without the excellent care he has received from the VA. Thank you!

Gitting here by public transportation is a dream take 66 or 147 or 151 will put u so close to the front door and the Doctors are great
