Nice green space, picnic areas, restrooms...and this new installation. Restrooms: New in 2021, cool decor, clean despite the traffic, and great acoustics for breaking into song.
Great walk, dog park as well and just enough sand beach for my 11 year old son to swim in Lake Michigan in September. Everyone needs to know how cold the lake is in summer.

It was cool but not cold. Nice stop to see the water and the beach near our hotel.
What more is there to say, a picture says it all. Right on the Mariners Trail, a bit too close to the main road, but still nice.

A nice strip of land along Lake Michigan just north of the marina. There is a small beach. You can walk out to the Paws and Play dog park. Beyond the dog park there is the north jetty and the lighthouse. Along the way is a large pond that is a haven for shore birds. Recently the city added a really nice bathroom facility and watering spot which is also along the Mariners' Trail. I believe the city intends to keep it open year long. A nice spot on the lake.
