I would love to give this place 5 stars but it’s very nasty looking. The water is very dirty with trash. The playground equipment and mulch has become dirt and mud. It’s full of leaves and sticks so be careful during fall because of snakes. It’s a GREAT park but the staff should be disappointed with the upkeep of this place. I planned to have a party here until I went by today and saw how no one has touched this place at all. I hope this finds the right person so it is fixed. Don’t let this park lose its beauty when you have staff to fix it. This place is huge for the kiddos and it’s sad to see how it’s been left. Playground: Playground is a mud and dirt pile with molded equipment Restrooms: Nasty and molded Picnic area: Full of leaves sticks gutters are full of leaves roof will eventually fall if they don’t come at look at this mess
Pretty with the fountain in the water. Very peaceful and relaxing.
Small park. Only 10 mins to walk around. Very peaceful. About 5 benches and a few swinging benches. Couple pavilions for events. Ducks, geese. Try to avoid feeding birds bread, it has very little nutrients for them. Corn and oats would be better.
I've been coming to this place for years and the place is always well kept. The kids enjoy the ducks and being able to fish but I personally love the walking trails. If you go deep enough towards the left side of the trails you'll come across a meadow that blooms with wild flowers every spring.
Great park with pond, lots of shade. It was the prefect lunch stop for our road trip. Our daughter loved walking around seeing the ducks. Clean bathrooms and play equipment on both sides of the pond.
Take my kids here alot. Very nice park. Can be muddy tho for a few days after it rains. They need to freshen up the mulch around the playground and that problem will mostly go away
Pretty park to sit and relax or walk a little. Seems like it is well-cared for.
Nice clean park with restrooms. 2 sides for plenty of room for the kids to run around along with walking trails.
It's was nice just needed to be cleaned up. There was bandaids laying everywhere. We seen broken glass and a bra laying on the ground so not a pleasant site. We went to another park instead
A little off the beaten path but an easy stop with play areas on both sides of the lake and restrooms at both As with almost every pg I've visited, it wouldn't hurt to keep some WD-40 with you. Major bump for having a grandpa-sure swing too. This needs WD-40 the most.
