Wonderful business to deal with. Very on top of repairments and answering any questions you may have. I am currently a tenant and I love the quiet , peaceful and low key setting.

Woke up with issue with HVAC on February 26th. Sent email to Parks Deter at 7am. By 9:00 am a HVAC service technician was here to check problem. Unit was broken beyond repair. Put on emergency heat to get by until they could get a new replacement unit. March 12th crew was here with new unit and installed. Parks Deter has always been very responsive to any maintenance issues that we have had and made sure they are corrected in a timely manner. Thank You Parks Deter Team for being a top notch Property Management Company.
